My dad flew private charters for years...his list of famous people he has met and flown is huge. One of his favorites was Jay Leno...said he was a lot of fun and just a really nice guy! Love your podcasts...so much fun to listen to!
Ok, I think I've said it before and I know folks would rather only listen to the podcasts, but I LOVE it so much more to be able to watch it!! First to be able to see the quilts shown but this one-I got so tickled at Sherri turning red talking about Billy's Cleaning Club 😆 hahaha
Oh my goodness this episode made me laugh 😂 😂😂 so much! Thanks for not cutting the clip! Billy you were too slick! Chelsea, my daughter is exactly like you! When she was younger she cleaned and organized everything. She is still the same. I am truly blessed! I love ❤️ your podcast/UA-cam videos. I can’t always watch them right away (work) but I do enjoy each episode and all you share with the quilting community. Thank!
So much wonderful laughter! Thank you all for sharing your family stories... very entertaining for sure!! (and Chelsi, I had to go buy your favorite pattern.... it'll have to be a 2022 project)
This was a really enjoyable podcast - your family stories are so relatable. Loved hearing your favorite fabric & pattern an why they were your favorites. Always fun getting to know you both a little more each time. Also, Billy does a great job!
Hahaha, I love the Criss Angel story! I have a home in Littlefield and will have to stop by the restaurant. If I run into either of you then I, too, will have a famous person story! Love, love, love your podcasts and videos! Chelsi, though I love your mom, you should do more of your own!
Fun, interesting video. Loved your stories, and your beautiful fabrics and patterns. Don’t get to sew at the moment, though you inspire me so much. Can’t wait to get the surgery done! 😄🇦🇺
Hahaha!!! Love the truck story!! Chelsea, you're a keeper! I grew up in rural Utah, (at the time). Only thing I drove to school was a pickup truck!! Fun times!! 😆Always love your videos! Thank you for doing them! 💟💗💟
Woot woot - sew excited for next podcast! Dec. 13th my birthday! What a lovely way to wake up to my birthday. Sew excited to see who the guest will be! Agree with sew many - favorite podcast for sure. You ladies are awesome!💕💕💕
Loved this podcast and the funny stories that were told! I bought the Magnolia pattern and am making table toppers from the individual blocks. I plan to work on the entire quilt as well. Love your fabrics and your patterns!
Such funny stories!! Love ❤️ listening to this podcast while I’m sewing!! I’m the worst at using different whites in one quilt!🙄 It looks the same in my sewing room!! I did buy a bolt of white! Once I open that one no more whites shall enter my sewing room!😆
I’ve made around 24 projects this year, 75% of them larger quilts, I like to use up as much of the fabric as I can. I quilt them all myself. I have a Juki J-150 QVP with 12” arm space, i free motion quilt mainly meander but I straight line or cross hatch the smaller ones. I’ve just purchased a Bernina Q20 sit down long arm because I don’t have the space for a frame. Sometimes I dream of just pushing a button and having the machine do it all for me. If I was in business like Sherri & Chelsea I’d definitely send them out to be quilted. They’re busy with designing, sewing samples, keeping up with podcasts, writing books and patterns and/or raising a young family, homeschooling and all the other behind the scenes details.
Can you list your patterns Sheri and Chelsi from beginner, intermediate, advanced quilter etc in your next video. I really like all of your patterns but I am hesitant to purchase patterns like this flower and magnolia pattern because they both look pretty challenging. I also do not have any specialty ruler like the block lock ruler, flying geese paper or the quilt in a day flying geese ruler. Also, have either of you used the quilt in a day or the flying geese paper by FQS? Do these make flying geese easier?
Great stories ... so cute. This was a really fun podcast, thanks so much. Chelsi, I can relate to your road antics; everyone in my family has a story about my driving, and they are all different, ha. I ordered the planner and can't wait to get it; it will never make it under the tree! I will eagerly tear into it when it arrives as my early Christmas gift to myself. :-)
Sure enjoyed the laughter on this episode! Question for next time: How can a PDF quilt pattern be sold out while a hard copy is still available? Thanks a bunch!
Your Labor of Love Sampler quilt is my favorite quilt pattern! I just have made this quilt pattern in Balboa (one of my top 3 of fabric lines). I just love it!!! I will be quilting it soon. I love your podcast. I eagerly await the youtube upload and rush to watch it. You ladies are absolutely wonderful to listen to. I get so many ideas from you which motivates me even more to try something new.
Hello from Hilton Head, SC. We're on vacation. My Bernina (Little Nina) is with me. I'm watching and working on Al Fresco with Summer Sweet fabric. Am I the Teacher's Pet? LOL. Looking forward to the podcast.
You know, when you said that your next guest was someone from Moda, I immediately thought - Lissa Alexander! I know your guest will be wonderful - they always are - but it makes me think. Would you be interested in getting Moda Lisa to chat? I’d be so interested to hear of her quilting journey AND learn about what she does at Moda. Like - wasn’t she instrumental in popularizing precuts? That’s huge and has been really important for the industry. Anyhow, just a thought. I do so enjoy your podcast. Best to you and your families, particularly during this holiday season.
Can you post some of the organizing posts or podcasts you follow or Could you do a video on how you and Chelsea organize your quilting rooms?? …oh Chelsea just answered the video portion.
Loved the show! I have a Question for you guys. I would love to purchase a cone for thread, but I am not sure how to use it. How do you set these up with your sewing machine?
Dying laughing. Chelsea - lot more cautious driver now that I have children. You forgot to add and I pay for own vehicle and maintenance- repairs 😹😹😹😹. Aren’t we all honey. So funny. Got to admit - I have airborne a few vehicles myself. I had a canary yellow Camaro that did some awesome jumps till I went to have exhaust replaced to find out the frame was literally tarred together 🥱🥴🙀
I like Billy a lot BUT I really don’t like hearing a male voice “monitoring” two female experts. The quilting world is one of the few places where we generally don’t have to deal with the patriarchy. L

Taking the time to learn free motion quilting has saved me so much money and time and has really added to the creative process.
We all have done amazing things when we were young. God watched over us and kept us safe. Your ok Chelsea.
Love the Christmas versions of the display quilts
Thanks for making me laugh tonight! Such a fun podcast. Always love watching you all 💞

The interview podcasts are great but I have missed your conversations.

That story about Billy is hysterical !!! 😂
Snagged 3 of your patterns this weekend Chelsi and I think I am going to do the Christmas version of Magnolia :)
Chelsie!!!!! Way to go!!!! No one should have anything to say about your choices as a kid,...... We've ALL done some crazy things,..... I'm sure.

Such a fun podcast.
I ran across several bolts of Clover Hallow at one of my local quilt shops. I’m thinking I need to but them.
All of your collections have been amazing!
Lol, my immediate thought was ‘love the clothes coordination with all the quilts.

Funny. Billy was an entrepreneur at a young age. 😂
Goid morning 🙂
Interesting that you say bobbin stitches look different. On my brother they look the same. I can sew upside down and it looks the same 🤷🏼♀️
Chelsea you need to try curved piecing. It is not as hard as it seems
I need square In a square, mine never turn out
