Chelsea! Lol. I had the same reaction to the 15 hours of meal prep! Lol. But you topped off my reaction with the "I'd just throw in a pop tart or something!!" I'm still laughing!
I know everyone has their preferences, but I don't think I could just listen to y'all 😊 First off, I wouldn't get to see the quilts but most of all I enjoy all the facial expressions & getting to see Sherri blush at certain answers!!! Y'all are just so much fun 💗
I’m a home body too! Here in New Hampshire, born and raised! I’m a lifer like you Chelsea! I like 4 seasons, I appreciate all the different kinds of weather
I really enjoyed your pod cast today. And I just wanted to tell you that Seashore Drive is my favorite new line. The colors especially are so beautiful and summery! Thank you!
Another Amazing video!! You 3 are so uplifting in many ways and it's a joy to watch your channel!! I received my Holiday book and my new quilt pattern from you, Sherri! Love them both!! Blessings to you all from Maryland. Hope you travel back East someday to see historic sights such as Washington, D.C., Gettysburg, Amish country side in Lancaster, PA.
I never listen to podcasts - I think I will definitely listen to yours because I cut fabric for a project during the entire podcast - multi-tasking lol and loved the content. Have a wonderful rest of your week.
Hi Sherri, Chelsi and Billy, I know this show was two months ago.. but this particular show is a good one and I like re-watching your videos. I often go back and put your videos on and listen to them while I’m working on my sewing projects. It’s motivating and thought provoking and I find that so helpful when I’m working along. You probably won’t read this as it’s been quite a while since this posted.. but just in case you find this new message on an older video, it’s always helpful to play these while sewing. 💖💖💖 Thank you for sharing your skills and talents, 🥰 Chris (I bet I’m not the only one who does this) ☺️
my favorite podcast! thank you guys for all you do! I live on the outskirts of Phoenix (Queen Creek) and totally get what you mean about loving the desert, I was born and raised in AZ and don't plan on ever leaving. I will take the heat over any cold :)
lol I just watched today's video! I have live in WA with 16' of snow in 2 weeks. I live in Henderson for 3 years. We had a gorgeous house in Calico Ridge. My husband's sold point was lake Mead in 10 minutes. We moored the boat at the Maria. In July it was90°, at 5am it was90° it never cooled off. We move back to the Carson/Reno area, my family is here. It is a happy in between. We went to Henderson last week end to see my mother in the. I was glad to come home. Lauhton has low water level also.
Sheri, I think the one thing that stands out about you that had not occurred to me until this podcast is that you are a life long learner!! I raised my children to be life long learners and I my son has grabbed that practice which thrills me as a Mom!!! 💕
I was so happy to receive my Home for the Holidays book only to find that it was “signed”. Thank you ladies for the special touches that you always add. 👏🏻👏🏻💜💜
Hi! I just got the chance to sit and watch your video while I do more hand quilting. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead! Thank you for sharing your time and talent.
I have four grown children and when I help them each move I find all kinds of kitchen items that mysteriously showed up in each of their kitchens….. my favorite mixing bowls, roasting pans, and even a pressure cooker!!!
Hi Sherri, Chesli, and Billy. This was a great podcast. It's nice to hear what others are asking because it may be something I had thought of in the past. Billy-YES I live in the Northeast and am sick of snow. My hope and prayer is to relocate west someday. When I do I hope to meet all of you along with a couple of other UA-camrs from that area. Take care and stay well! ~~ Hugs, Lynne
Good luck with the dealing with the drought ladies. Here in Australia we know how hard it can be when you have consider and monitor your water usage everyday.
Love your patterns and your fabric lines. I love listening to your stories as I am piecing. I would love to know more about your process of designing your fabric.
Wow! No tax!! I live in Canada, we have tons of snow ( hate it)but we have tons of lakes ( Ontario). I love heat!! So I guess I would love it in Vegas. But I am afraid of snakes 😱 don’t worry about the ads, we want you to keep making podcasts and understand that you have to make a living too! 💕 really love that you are family! Thanks for sharing your home life with us!
Great podcast. I look forward to all of them as it keeps me inspired. Working on 2 king-size and 2 wall-hanging quilts for the QS Quilt Show in Rochester, MN this October. I have 3 tops completed and 1 of them is ready to bind. Making progress.
Man, I totally hear you, Sherri. I’m sick of the brown, the heat, the hard work it takes just to keep my flowers alive🤦🏼♀️ I’d move, even to St. George in a minute😩
What keeps me motivated is watching Tutorials here on YT and hoping that I can make that project. Once I start, I go - go - go. Of course, If I feel I need a break I will take one.! Love the Bucket List quilt! ;0)
Enjoyed the podcast. Even enjoyed the time scheduling etc….that being said….so happy I am retired and can enjoy the day without worrying as much how long something is taking. When I was raising kids, working outside the home full time+, out of necessity I guess I was organized. Haha. Always listen to your podcast and love your patterns and ideas.
I love the quilt on the wall. I do have a question about binding. I would love to know when hand sewing your binding on the back of a quilt or a tablerunner tips on thread weight color! Also would like to know Sherri do you put labels on the back of your tablerunners especially the ones you give as a gift? Thanks
I’m not sure which podcast it was that you talked about your work week bc I’m bing listening to your podcast. But I just received my 3 patterns I purchased for you ladies and am super excited about getting started. Thanks for the tips and inspiration.
Great podcast, lots of good questions and answers!! Sherri, I do the exact same thing about visiting a place and looking at real estate. I doubt that we ever leave Oklahoma though! Looking forward to the next podcast!!
Birthday gifts in the closet: Years ago, when my kids were little, I used to keep a few globes of the earth for birthday party gifts. It is a great gift for a girl or boy.
What a good podcast. It was inspiring. So nice that you work with family nearby and have all that good support. I love the idea of saving a jelly roll or charm pack of your fabrics.
I feel the same way Chelsea does about home. I am also a home body so, I don't really see myself moving or leaving California. I love to vacation! But that's it~.
Hi ladies. Sherry thank you for sharing the book on productivity. I struggle with feeling sometimes overwhelmed and I found it on Audiobooks which is a great way for me personally to listen because I could listen while I walk. Thanks
congrats Debbie!! great show once again! My favorite projects to the summer of 2022, are several. I am dabbling with applique, all sorts of it. I am also making myself a quilt!! i have made several for the whole family and extended family and friends, now it's my turn. I am so excited!!
Life is crazy I am retired and I try to see every afternoon. Although weekends for some reason I often just do hand sewing by the tv. I absolutely love ginghams plaids all of it! I used to be in ceramics and painted plaids on pieces. I have incorporated plaids in my decorating! I had a muted plaid couch that I absolutely loved! I have UTube premium they would not let me watch unless I payed! Tooany videos! But I do not see any videos! I live in Wisconsin and we have a big lake and snow wise we have had very little last season. Infact we were in a drought.
I’m finishing up a quilt right now for my oldest son’s teacher and then I just dove into English paper piecing so I will definitely be working on that throughout the summer. 😊
I got the three set of Kendra's books after watching her short UA-cam In the Kitchen with Kendra showing her method. The third book is a work book. You are not too old for her methods and books I am 69 and I am applying them. Things like It is ok to say NO, don't over extend yourself.
I want to put my two cents in on the place to live, I live in central Arkansas and we experience 4 seasons and we are not in a drought. Also have so many lakes you need to at least visit some time. 😊
the Bucket List pattern is great! It was interesting hearing the time breakdown for a week. I live on a small bit of land and SO much, way too much of my time is mowing the grass. It would be so much better if there was more garden and less grass. Thank you for sharing. I've always love Moda. They're a great company that responds to their customers. I'm happy you two work with Moda.
LOL rule of principal with housing sitting (which I would consider bringing in packages while someone is gone as house sitting), unless it’s easily replaced don’t eat it. So since it’s wasn’t a prized wine I think Chelsi’s dad should let the ice cream go 😂😂
I love the star quilt pattern that is behind chelsi. What is the name of it. Thanks so much. I love your podcasts. They are very I formative. I have a saying because I am also a procrastinator. "If it wasn't for the last minute nothing would get done".
I was born and raised in Maine and I now live in NJ which has moderate weather, not much snow and very warm in summer but not extreme, but, I want to move back to Maine - I love shoveling and snow blowing. I am 81 and still have to shovel here in NJ when it snows. I hate bugs so the very southern states would not be for me even though Maine has mosquitoes and such but no ugly bugs. Ha Ha.
Watching this on UA-cam in April 2023, so not sure if you will get this message this late. Message is for Chelsea for a really good romance book. It's called " it Ends with me" by Colleen Hoover. She also has one called It starts with me, but need to read ends with me first.
I have several bookcases full of contemporary Christian romances, Chelsi. We are moving, so it is time for me share! Let me know if you want some, I am happy to send them out. 😊
I was born and raised in southern Cali and lived through a water rationing. Don't flush the toilet when it's #1. Stay mellow when it's yellow. Flush it down when it's brown, #2. Gross, I know. We were given specific days of watering or washing cars based on the number of your home. If a police officer noticed you were allowing water to drain away, you could be ticketed. I wouldn't be happy in my soul if I lived in the desert. Too brown. I need green foliage in my life.
O my gosh! I can’t believe I won the cutting mat. Thank you very much. I’m looking forward to using it.
Congratulations
Congrats to you! I hope you like it ;0)
Congratulations!

The majority of what I watch is on UA-cam. I decided a number of months ago to pay the nominal fee to avoid the ads. Worth. Every. Penny.
I absolutely love listening to your podcast's while Im on my early morning walks! They are so fun and make the time fly!
I really enjoyed your pod cast today. And I just wanted to tell you that Seashore Drive is my favorite new line. The colors especially are so beautiful and summery! Thank you!
I don't think I could actually put a time on everything I do daily. Excellent job!
And yes, I grew up in Carlsbad, on the beach❤️

Living in the desert is a lifestyle....certain times of the day you stay inside. Out of the heat.
I was so happy to receive my Home for the Holidays book only to find that it was “signed”. Thank you ladies for the special touches that you always add. 👏🏻👏🏻💜💜

I really enjoyed your topics today. They touch base with me.
Love your patterns and your fabric lines. I love listening to your stories as I am piecing. I would love to know more about your process of designing your fabric.
I live in the tundra of MN. Smart people don’t drive through or into a snow storm. I love our four seasons. They are all unique and beautiful.
Wow! No tax!! I live in Canada, we have tons of snow ( hate it)but we have tons of lakes ( Ontario). I love heat!! So I guess I would love it in Vegas. Five Minutes Peace is an absolute favorite. I bought it for my grandkids!
Thanks for another great video. Appreciate your tips and great patterns.
I enjoy these shows. I don't know what the tec. term is but. Thank you. Beautiful quilts. Beautiful ladies
I have a Karen Stone project to work on this summer that is teals and aquas. That should help me channel my inner beach vibe. Love your podcasts!
Great podcast. I look forward to all of them as it keeps me inspired. Working on 2 king-size and 2 wall-hanging quilts for the QS Quilt Show in Rochester, MN this October. I have 3 tops completed and 1 of them is ready to bind. Making progress.

I would say that I like the snow, but more the snow in MN because it piles and piles and then you can play and have fun.
My Summer projects are Summer Camp with Pat Sloan and 2 quilts for my great nieces. I'm very excited☺️
Love your Monday podcast!
What keeps me motivated is watching Tutorials here on YT and hoping that I can make that project. Once I start, I go - go - go. Of course, If I feel I need a break I will take one.! Love the Bucket List quilt! ;0)
Chelsea, you should read the "Outlander" series. Historic romance. Excellent!!
I love your fabrics and patterns. Great to see family members working together and I like your organizing tips and time-saving tips!
My summer project: 2 quilts for our twin grandbabies arriving in December!
Twins are the best I got a pair of identical twin girls as grands last year.
I love your Q&A podcasts. Actually, I love all your podcasts and look forward to them every time.
Enjoyed the podcast. Even enjoyed the time scheduling etc….that being said….so happy I am retired and can enjoy the day without worrying as much how long something is taking. Good afternoon from Albq, NM, I love your pod cast, I’m joining a few hours behind,. But I’m happy to always watch your helpful and fun pod casts. 😉❤️

I need to know the five star book your read and the series?! Love reading too and great books are relaxing

Love the Bucket List pattern, table topper size is perfect for various holidays and fabrics.
I’m finishing up a quilt right now for my oldest son’s teacher and then I just dove into English paper piecing so I will definitely be working on that throughout the summer. 😊
If you keep the fabric, when will you use that fabric? Do you just need to think and decide that you want to make and that is why you save it?
I got the three set of Kendra's books after watching her short UA-cam In the Kitchen with Kendra showing her method. The third book is a work book. You are not too old for her methods and books I am 69 and I am applying them. Things like It is ok to say NO, don't over extend yourself.

Once again great content. A nice balance between work and pleasure.
When I find that I’m not being motivated to finish a quilt or project, I do a sewing small project that could be completed and it gets me motivated
Never considered using plaids on point... Thank you
Fun program today as usual. Working on pillowcases.
This Summer is catch up on my BOMs. I just finished a wedding quilt and 2 graduation quilts-whew!
Thank you for this Podcast. Greetings from Switzerland
I live between Reno and Lake Tahoe, on the Nevada side… you might like it here.
Missed your class last fall at The Garden of Quilts. It was one of the main reasons I went. Wish I could go this year. 🙁

That’s too funny. I love it . Chelsi you worked too hard with those 30 boxes. I would have raided the frig too😂
This has all been so fun but it reminds of a question I have been wondering for some time ... can we see the son that goes with the voice?
Any Brown in your future? I like the warmth that it brings while still being dark.
LOL rule of principal with housing sitting (which I would consider bringing in packages while someone is gone as house sitting), unless it’s easily replaced don’t eat it. So since it’s wasn’t a prized wine I think Chelsi’s dad should let the ice cream go 😂😂

I'm with you Chelsi. I read romances too at bedtime and it helps me relax.
Great podcast as always. What I like best is getting to know all of you better as real people, not just robots on a screen. Thank you
Verity by Colleen Hoover is an amazing quick read!!!
Congrats to Debbie.
Being in Las Vegas do you actually get to use your quilts? Do you ever use flannel instead of batting?
It does get cold enough here to use quilts. I often sit with my quilts while watching tv....
I am hand quilting an antique quilt this summer
I was born and raised in Maine and I now live in NJ which has moderate weather, not much snow and very warm in summer but not extreme, but, I want to move back to Maine - I love shoveling and snow blowing. Love the new Bucket List pattern.
Congrats Debbie Brugman!
I am working on Zen Chic Cabin with Quotation fabric
I’m making aprons from dress shirts.🙂
My summer project is to finish a graduation quilt!!
great podcast.
I don't know if I heard how many hours in that week you spent planning! 😂
What is the pattern behind Chelsea with the star?
Good morning!
Watching this on UA-cam in April 2023, so not sure if you will get this message this late. Message is for Chelsea for a really good romance book. It's called " it Ends with me" by Colleen Hoover. She also has one called It starts with me, but need to read ends with me first.
New sub! Liked ✌️👍❤️
I love you quilt by Bonnie and Camille
I love Billy - you can contact my mom...❤️
