Hi Alan and Kehn, how lucky you and Kehn are to have found each other. Kehn seems to be a kind and affectionate lady. Good luck and best wishes for a happy and peaceful life.
Next time you visit immigration in Davao, take time to visit the Gmall supermarket, ground floor. Lots of nice Uk food surprises, including Branston pickle, placed in the jam section as they haven't a scooby what it is :-)
Great video! Maybe you will do more also ar home, chickens, dogs, pigs grilled or not, all are welcome, is a new experience for us all, a new and quite far country. Be safe, be well, keep your smile 👍 Glad to see both of you happy!
I drink a lot of tea actually, but living in a hot place like that. I would probably stop doing that. Maybe just ice-tea. When I stayed in Brazil. I cannot remember of ever drinking tea LOL
Quite Westernized actually except for the noise! Little bit chaotic. Why do they pack the goods in a box fastened up like that ? 37 degrees. Wow, water from a Heat Pump hardly makes that in the UK! Are tea bags on prescription then? Those yellow label tea bags remind me of US hotel rooms. Very interesting stuff seeing how other people live.
they don't sell plastic bags here so when your shopping is through the checkout one of the assistants packs it for you in a cardboard box and carries it out to your car
Hi Alan & khen ,, enjoyed this video,, its great how the carry your food out to the car ,lmao thoes woman in the pick up truck with there umbrella they must have seen you recording,,, brilliant,,, yeah Alan youve done yourself a favour by moving out of rip off Britain,, this week my oldest boy passed his driving test,, insurance for a 56 plate fucus petrol is £3500 can u believe it ,, again great video mate live and love life to the max ,, every day is a blessing,,,
Having moved from the UK to a very hot dry climate I can clearly say - no it makes bugger all difference. However : it's a lot easier to get your arse out of bed in the morning if you know it's going to be warm and sunny every day for 9 months of the year.
tbh, not noticed, still have a sore back if I sleep the wrong way but mentally feel more motivated to get up and out as the sun and warm climate is a feel good factor😊
I'd literally just finished a sausage and egg bap with Lincolnshire sausages, about 2 mins before you mentioned it 😂 I think I could live without the sausages, but the lack of Yorkshire Red teabags is another matter 😮 I drink at least 8 cups a day, and probably more than that when it's cold at work. Do they have HP sauce?
its like everything in life..you adapt but if you can't handle the new way of living, you go home, btw, thanks, you have given me a good idea for a livestream🤣
Very interesting as usual😊😊
cheers😊

Two teabags to make it strong enough but then the UHT milk ruins the taste!
It's absolutely horrendous stuff
😊

Hot tea is good in the heat as it makes you sweat slightly which then cools you down. The Bedouin do this and also for the social ritual.
I sure tea is good in hot climates but like you I too go for the cold drinks

Can't beat a good ole cup a tea when abroad!
that was my first cup in over 2 years
@alan4x Wow, you must of been well parched! Waiting 2 weeks whilst over in the States was enough for me lol !
Just sat watching your video with a lovely cup of tea and a bag of Cadburys mini eggs......🙃😊
🤣
Would love to see you visiting the mountains there.
there is one I intend to go up and another you can go under, will make vids when that happens, cheers
If you can pop over to Thailand and take a empty case you will be able to get most things you want... Even online fill up and head back 😂
thanks for that info
Those teabag are weak. I did find an SM store in one place selling Coop tea from the UK. They had an international aisle. That was a blessing.
Not sure if I could acclimatise in terms of everything. But well done you for doing just that
it certainly takes some getting used to, cheers Darren
COOP 99 with a dash of full fat fresh dairy milk or half a teaspoon of marvel. Best of luck with the bird.
😊
Them teabags wouldn't last me the week 😊👍🇮🇪
bloody hell when I used to drink tea I would do 10-15 cups a day🤣
Definitely don't get your gimble out in the supermarket mate lol
🤣
Do you find in the warm climate your aches and pains are better???
Having moved from the UK to a very hot dry climate I can clearly say - no it makes bugger all difference. However : it's a lot easier to get your arse out of bed in the morning if you know it's going to be warm and sunny every day for 9 months of the year.

Do they have HP sauce?
Lincolnshire and Cumberland sausages were my favourite back in uk, not sure about the hp sauce over here, will keep a look out, cheers Matty😊
Could you get sponsored by a teabag company! 😂

Good Friday is a big day in catholic countries.. do they fast or refrain from eating meat all day on Good Friday there?
not met anyone who has mentioned fasting but I guess it depends on the individual
What about Hot Cross Buns???
not seen any, will keep a look out
great vid
thank you😊
Hi Alan, is there much economic use for solar on houses or is electricity very cheep ?
electric is pretty cheap out here and for the price of solar panels and their longevity I don't think it would be economical
Do you not miss the more modern way to Live?
its like everything in life..you adapt but if you can't handle the new way of living, you go home, btw, thanks, you have given me a good idea for a livestream🤣
Alan have you heard anything from Monica since you moved, just sayin from north of Newcastle 🇬🇧👍🚗
yes we are still in touch, will have a livestream together at some point
Do they still sell Coke in a plastic bag similar to a large ice pole type plastic? One reason so many have poor teeth.
not seen that here as yet but I think they do depending where you go to buy it
Hi Alan is there much crime over where your living.
if there is I have not seen any, I will say I feel a lot safer here than in my own town in uk
Surely easter eggs and chocolate would melt in the heat ?
Supermarkets are air condition, just outside is 37degree
😩
By the way is khen a good driver 🤣
Crazy driver !😝😝😝 both in the road and in bed😅😅
yes she answered that one herself🤣
Are you losing weight mate or is it your body shape changing due to diet and exercise 👍
