Like yourself I was invited to go to church in the Philippines and was dreading it but I went to be polite, like yourself it's almost impossible to explain the difference between the Philippines and the UK church experience. I feel it's more about the people getting together and building their culture under one roof also are coming together of community to build something better and have fun doing it rather than the brimstone and treacle we have here in the UK.

in Blighty they nick you for flying a drone, riding a electric scooter on a pavement (or road). Phone in hand whilst driving.... the list goes on. I thought of playing a drinking game every time we see something you would get into much troubble for doing over here but is ignored there.
Great Vid Alan. Rather saying "kamusta ka"? say "ayos lang"? meaning - all good? And when you say "kamusta ka" it refers to one person, so for a group of people you should say "kamusta kayo". Hope this helps mate.

2 hours! You light weight. I used to be dragged to the Baptist church by my Mrs, there at 6am and couldn't leave until 7pm with zero food either.
