The close call of the tug boat pushed under water happened during the passage from the shipyard to the North Sea.

@@laqundrabarnett9473 you can refer everything as vessel that floats on water and can be used for sailing(navigating in sea bodies and thereby connected waterbodies) and rules describe every vessel very specific. So what I told was according to rules. If you're not a sailor, then no need to know this things. Its ok for you all to say it small ship. 😉
