I think a mistrial would be just fine at this point. Of course a not guilty would be best.. but you also just remember that the defense knows the jury is EXHAUSTED. And to spend all this time and not convict anyone may be an unfortunate feeling for a juror .. it’s just so hard to call sometimes when the trial is so lengthy
