YSL Prosecutor and Quindarrius Zachary Get Heated During Questioning

- Tense moments happened during the questioning of YSL witness Quindarrius Zachary on Friday afternoon. Prosecutor Adriane Love asked Zachary why he was in a orange jumpsuit in front of the jury. "Cause you locked me up," he said. The two then went back and forth over what he told his dad about testifying. "You want to get my dad over here?" Zachary asked Ms. Love. Later, defense attorney Max Schardt went off on the prosecution and asked for a mistrial.

After going back and listening to what she actually asked and how she asked it, this lady is beyond deceitful. Shocking. Absolutely shocking that this trial is even allowed to continue. Dirty, corrupt, and disgusting.

It’s gross and deceitful and the judge shouldn’t have a problem with the defense calling it out. Love didn’t want to clarify because she was intentionally confusing the witness to then lie to the jury and say the witness thought “they” included Stilwell.

The judge just said that when the state does something underhanded to try to trick a witness into providing testimony that will put his client in prison for the rest of his life, that the attorney should object in the politest of ways, dispassionately, and shut the heck up.
