If you have dry skin can you still use setting powder? I always hear how it’s a plus for oily skin, so I’ve always stayed away from setting powders and matte foundations.
I use setting powders very lightly but I have upgraded to more higher end finely milled formulas, if it’s for the fave I use more luminous ones too. I feel like this one is a little too heavy for me now especially if you have more textured dry under eyes I actually got rid of it
To be honest I accidentally wet it for this video but after trying it dry I don’t like it it’s too rough and applies the powder thicker in a way that accentuates my undereyes more

I think if you use it lightly yes, but it did look pretty white so not sure if it gave a white cast
