First: Imagine a list of dates in your biography, divided into 4 levels…

🪐 Paragraphs
🪐 Sentences
These are the four levels, and you can open them up…like a nesting doll!🪆
Now imagine that you could identify the periods of your life within those parts that are….

〰️ Challenging

〰️ Culminations
