Steria: Felista's husband probably works harder than all of them. The videos are just of a few minutes of their lives. They have to do stuff for the videos. What you see Felista doing in the video, she may not do for the rest of the day. I bet that Lao Li only does stuff for the videos and doesn't actually work all day building Felista's new house.
Her husband seemed to have been in a contract job in the past. He worked away from home. If he worked in construction, he has to work very hard. He's now building their new house. However, you don't see him or think that he's doing anything because he's not seen in the videos.

Many mothers in Canada are away 10 hours each day from home working in full-time jobs. They go home, prepare meals for their family, do laundry, clean their house and help their children with homework. It is part of life. At least Felista doesn’t have an employer to answer to.
