I am quite envious of that 24 degrees and the expected 12 degrees especially! We are having days well over 30C still now in September and even the night time doesn't rarely go below 25C. It is horrible heat with high humidity. Dazaifu city in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan has now had 50 consecutive days of temperatures of 35C or above. Breaking all records. Don't get me wrong, Japan is normally hot in the summer, but this year has been insanely so and whilst last year was the hottest summer on record, this year has smashed last year's record to smithereens. What with the horrible wet year that it has been both in Ireland and the island of Great Britain (my brother farms in mid-Wales) and the crazy hot temperatures here in Japan, it really makes you think about where we are heading. The farmers here are struggling too as too much sun and heat is as bad as too much rain.
Hi Phil, I noticed that the electrical extension lead wasn’t fully uncoiled, if that “cooling fan” is left running for a long period of time there is a chance that the coiled extension lead will heat up to the point it may catch fire. It is always good practice to uncoil an extension lead fully for that reason. Great video as always thanks for keeping me a little sane.
I have a 578 premium baler here and I've been getting a lot of trouble with the net system this season, Net building up behind the rollers, sometimes the starts rolling out mid way through a bale etc. Is there anyone in the South of the country that know about these things.
Phil, as trivial as it is, PLEASE PLEASE get a decent "sharp" haircut. It will improve your viewings and responses. I've gone back and seen older videos, and damn, you had sharp hair cuts. Get another one!
Don't mind about the bit of dirt on the windows, bale that straw up.
Great work
Great video Phil. Enjoyed watching. 👍🏼👍🏼
You should unroll that extension cord fully so you don't turn it into a heating coil 😅
Brotherly ❤️ 😍
Nice day you are having with no rain.
Good video, ye get through alot of work as a family unit👏

safe enough with a small draw motor like that ........welder would be a different story
Thats a grand shirt. Like something you'd wear out in the Bahamas.
If you get a chance with a 120×90 baler, then have go. Serious balers altogether, flying machines!
Think bro needs to unwind that electric lead fully before it catches fire
Idk how you keep Rodents and birds out of that . Or keep it aerated. Got to have bins on Ireland?
Nice one Phil
You will have to get a John Deere tractor for the bale always a great video well done to all of u
Is there much point wiggling the straw directly in front of the baker
Good video Phil, always enjoy field work nice you got the big Baler out and going. Everyone had a very busy day.
What will u do with the 2 seconds u gain with the baler?
You're video quality and sound has come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks. Holy smokes.

Great video, thanks for the update. Greetings from Belgium father Phil
How many hrs have the bridgestones on the 99 done
Hi phil, is there a difference between the straws when your feeding it, is wheat/oats/barley similar for that job or it doesn’t matter?
Looks like the 6499 is getting ready for a tidy up
Think your loadingchamber might be packing it to hard, before it pushes it to the balechamber.
Harvest going well that's grand straw
good video but would be nice to see the combine working to
How do u keep birds away from that grain .
How do you combat rodents in the dried grain shed?
What is the crutch for in the tractor 😂
Good stuff
George must be hopping around u pinched his tractor and his crutch😂
Just wondering how come Eric didn't have de small wheels on de ground for the John Deere baler
