I know part of it is the mod but jeeze you can sure see why they had fun stuff like a “30 year war” with logistics like this
Actually the paintings of that War portrayed supplies well. It was beginning to be regularised and the King at the time, Louis XIV, has been described as basically the Quartermaster-General for the French Army around this time (He was a bit obsessed with logistics.). He did okay.

Netherlands declares bankruptcy in 1700? That's a bit late, but I'll allow it.
The actual rampjaar (disaster year) is famously 1672, and pretty much all economic problems in the decades after are aftershocks.
To be fair they recovered rather well.

So it wasn't just my army who sucked in this mod. For some reason, even if you have the best template in the game, you will barely push if the enemy has an army..

Ah yeah, because civilian *factories* existed in 1699
They did though. The state heavily interfered and were rather inefficient but they did exist and France had some decent gangers.

I literally played this mod yesterday. It sucks! Over half of the trees are unfinished!!!!!!! Not even all the major power's are completed!!!
I believe it's meant to be playable not finished, and it's a solo dev gathering data in the 1700s it is good for what it is
