1. Send an insult, which wil lower relations by like 10 or smth like that (like in aoh2)
2. Damage relations, which slowly but continously lowers relations

Combat won't work on dice, he uploaded a short where we see 300 aincent type units lose to 10 WW1 units. It seems that combat is going to be way better and make sense now, and will be influenced by things like generals, unit type, as well as the amount of soldiers, but definetly not dice. Great video btw.
