Sorry about your luggage Ken! That happened to me too coming home from Alaska via Vancouver in 2001 (i was on a cruise) when i got to Toronto to barely make our connecting flight back to Nashville Air Canada lost my luggage but luckily it made it back on the next flight
I fly roughly between 25 and 30 times a year, and have done so for many years, flown with 42 different airlines and I have never lost my luggage. I guess I might just be lucky! :)

Pamela Warren I got it years ago and it was a one time fee of 50 bucks. Not sure if it’s changed to annual I heard rumours but I’m pretty sure it’s still a one time thing per person.
