I really like this video, Carla. I use a similar thought process when cooking. I am always looking for what needs to be cooked next before it expires as well. Lol. You've given me some great ideas. Thanks. I need to expand the variety of vegetables I eat. I saw a post about celeriac fries as well, and I have 2 of them sitting on my kitchen counter ready to go! I also have frozen edemame, which I haven't tried cooking yet. I've only ever had it in restaurants. I'm trying!😂 P.S. That blue jumper looks great on you.
Thank you for showing us how you really throw meals together. That's the way I cook, too. I'm bummed that I can't seem to find smoked tofu here. I was vegan for a while, and now back to vegetarian so I can eat eggs. I have a couple books on how to make vegan meat, and I think I will give that a try soon! Everything you made looks just fabulous. ❤
Very few youtubers seem authentic to me - YOU DO. I can`t stand it when they are so artificial and as if they knew everything - please stay as natural as you are - this honest content and advice is needed at this platform more than ever!
I put celery root in my mashed potatoes, along with squash, turnips and potatoes. Season with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, it’s delicious!
