I like the low end signature until 800Hz. They lost me at that forward pinna gain, the huge crater from 5-7k and price. I don't know what they're thinking. So many great iems being released this year and some fantastic ones around $300 with 4-6 quality drivers. $700? Peep into what Ziigaat, Thie Audio and Simgot are doing. Or if you want to spend that kind of money get the Symphonium Meteors or Xenn"s Up (if still avail), both beautiful and warm iems that cost less.
Yeah, the low end is fine, and as I said, tracks that land mostly in that are fine. $700 fine, that is the hard part. Most of the high end 1DD sets are good at both ends.
Yeah but no fancy box..actually the Kefine box isn't that far from it. This set is more of a boutique set rather than a general purpose set like Delci.
I think this one is the very definition of hard sell. I mean everything looks quality but it better be doing something really special in the current market to justify that kind of price tag.
Good iems are getting cheaper and cheaper. Just got an ea500lm and boy was I floored with how resolving the driver is and the technical performance. I'm picky and need good imaging on a set or I won't like it much...these just sounded amazing from bass to vocals to high end frequencies. It also had decent sound stage. Open and airy. Not to the level of holographic but getting pretty close. Separation was also very clean . Each sound and instrument felt like it had its own space very neatly in position. Just very good all around. Simgot is just....idk how they're doing it...but holy hell
Yeah, Sun Wukong and the brother planar Sunflower are both difficult sells simply based on their high price tags vs how they stand out from the competition.

The closest to DM is that XSL One, but they have done so many revisions, no one is sure if their driver is the same. Basically it is the DM driver, you can try EQ'ing to DM. Hybrids, I am not sure what is even close. Most of the recent look like DaVinci/Hype 4.

Not sure its a scam as they have a range of pricey sets, but certainly aimed a specific signature vs other higher priced 1DD sets.
