Is there a module for PLM for the garments industry, odoo offers the same.

Hi @varoonsharda,
We currently do not have a PLM module required for garment industry. We understand it is one of the most upvoted feature on GitHub too (github.com/frappe/erpnext/issues/28267). It might most likely be picked in our future roadmap but we can't commit.

How does effect not billed stock on balance sheet?

"Stock received but not billed" GL is used to track this. This comes under "Stock Liabilities" section of balance sheet.
