    Lovely piece. All I would recommend is to replace the flat board with slats to allow airflow so that the mattress can breathe.

    The bed looks very luxurious, I have never seen such texturing anywhere else. I also work with wood, mostly oak, so I want to give you some piece of advice. When working with a milling cutter, you need to go counterclockwise if the material is from below, and clockwise if the material is from above, otherwise you can damage the material or the milling tool can split and the fragments can injure you. I'm not very good at English so I hope I've explained it clearly. Keep yourself safe.

    So that is an oil paint and tung oil mixture? Interesting, I’ve never seen that used before. I love the arts and crafts coloring to the wood. This is probably one of my favorite pieces.

      Thank you! This is instead of ready-made stains - because what you need is not always available. But I prepare tung oil with a desiccant and a thinner so that it dries faster. This stain dries in one night!

    This is so nice bed but all this ways of connecting timber together is soooo time taking. Wondering how much you have to price your items to get actual profit. Once again beautiful bed. Greetings

      Thanks a lot! This is a bed for a regular customer of mine and I was allowed to make it my own. It’s not difficult for me and it didn’t affect the cost, although I already understand that I could have asked for more🧐😁

    I would not recommend putting the matress on a flat surface, for ventilation and longevity of the matress. Beautiful work! Maybe make a few prints before the oilpaint dries!

      The oil paint is mixed with tung oil and desiccant and dries in 24 hours. I have been preparing wood stains for a long time! :) Thank you, I hope I understood you correctly - I use Google translator
