I LIVED WITH A SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST FOR 3 DAYS

I was lucky enough to spend some time with a great sports psychologist by the name of Karl Nitz. He helped me a great deal with my mental toughness, as well as getting me to perform consistently under all kinds of different pressures.
