@@eddymercer6025 hi dude. My recommendation is try to run in 7 days well over 50k. Look at what you're max heart rate is and what your minimum heart rate is. Try to find a balance during training but make sure you get the distance in your legs. It's a very flat course. Pack light learn to eat and run. You will most likely burn 3k to 4k in calories so that's also a massive key factor. Fuel for distance. For that event I really only did 50k a week training. Few 10k runs and half marathons. But if you can id recommend more if you can find the time. Long and slow was my training

Hope it helps Also look at how many aid stops they. October isn't overly warm so you won't go through too much water. Hope you enjoy the run. Its a great introduction to longer distance. If you get a chance have a look at the runs I did in May. I went for distance and elevation.

Hi Adam, I’m due to run this in October. Any tips? Not sure how far to run in my longest run in training… thanks pal
