Railfanning in Downtown Washington D.C.

On a perfect summer morning we are at L'Efante Plaza in Downtown Washington D.C. This is a stop on the Virginia Railway Express which we were on hand to watch the morning rush of. We also caught some Amtrak action and even a southbound CSX Freight.
