As someone who came from a family of 6 kids.. Kids wear on your relationship, I was the last of the kids, I was not given the time and attention I needed, I'm still healing from this.. I have two kids of my own, having lots of kids isn't for everyone
I signed up for that coaching program she was promoting and love it!! It’s honestly amazing. I think by now they have made the announcement about that they are separated. I just pray for the kids and that they can all remain amicable.
As an ex Mormon wife, I totally get how everything she did was for other people. The man is always on top and the wife is just the one who runs everything. Literally I was having panic attacks everyday. Hyper ventilating and feeling like I was going to die. I could not keep living that lie anymore. It’s been a year since I separated and couldn’t be anymore happy. Thankfully I worked before having my daughter but I was a stay at home mom for 4 years while my daughter was little. Dad would always tell me how expensive paying for daycare would be, how I would save money by staying home. I did but it cost me my career. While he went up in Corporate America, I was home. I’m now rebuilding my career. Thank goodness I’m out. Never going back
I'm so sorry you had an experience like that. As a member of this church all my life, I can tell you it isn't the way the church teaches men and women to be. The man isn't better than the woman. It makes me sad when I hear experiences like this because it isn't how God would extend a man and woman to be together. My husband and I are equal partners. I respect the priesthood and he respects me as his wife and partner. God literally doesn't mention Heavenly Mother because He doesn't want her blasphemed the way He has been and the way Jesus Christ has been. Our leaders are ALWAYS teaching and asking the men to treat their wives like queens. Sadly, we are mortal. Mortals have free agency and it saddens me when some take their "role" to in the power and control. It is NOT how it is meant to be.
Sadly, no Christian religions are meant to have a man and woman on different levels. The bible legit mentions being evenly yolked, it doesn't just mean the same religion it means equal partners. But sadly neo-conservativism that idolizes more misogynist ideas that came from our older social norms (like dating back to when women couldn't vote, or in the pre-70's when you could have a bank account without a man on it) and that bleeds into others in the religions. The corruption starts at the top when leaders (on any level as some corruptions are big and other are small depending on the denomination) start teaching toxic ideals as a norm and then people following pass down for generations to come. I was raised AOG Pentecostal in a town where everyone was Pentecostal or LDS and I remember seeing the changes in my own childhood church happen when our pastor joined a group that made him start doing some extreme and scary things. I liked your comment. Daycare being expensive is a myth. It's important to look outside of the box when looking for daycare. I am very blessed that my husband works with me so day care is minimal. The best option I found was double shifts for a couple days.. for example double shifts 2 days a week & you are only paying for daycare for a couple days. It's important for both partners to have some kind of income. Emergencies come up and if one partner isn't able to work for a few months the 2nd income can come in handy.
Maybe it's time to stop putting your marriage, your kids and your entire daily life on the internet and put more time into your kids and children as wives and mothers instead of using them for content and business development. 🤷🏼♀️

2020/2021 ruined a LOT of marriages. When you have to spend all your time with someone you REALLY learn if you like them or if you just liked the idea of them. Before the lock down people spent so few hours a day/week without partners that you could easily sidestep things that you disliked about them, but when forced for a two years to be together non-stop a lot of people realized they married for attraction not true connection. Some people got stronger, like myself and my partner who became my husband during the lock down. But others realized they didn't want to be together.
