We take Halloween very seriously in this house haha! Seriously, thank you so much for inviting me to do this with you guys, it was such a good time~
My favorite part was the tail wrapping around the long spindly legs!! Just amazing! And I loved how the strings looked in that final shot... I expected the monster to pull the strings and snap the cloak shut at any moment👀 Fantastic!
If I could have done that, totally would have! Thank you so much! The tail was super fun to shape, didn't actually know if it would wrap until after I put everything together!
Love the design! And great use of that psychedelic Zambia card. I wanna mess around with latex now... in a family friendly kinda way.
It's a really fun and weird material to work with, has a ton of different uses! Definitely will make anything feel like monster skin haha. Would love to see what you would do with it... also in a family friendly kinda way!
The way you used string for this build was really great! So many uses. Loved the stitches.

Watching your process was freaking fascinating, I adore all your little in-the-moment interjections. I also like that you and I both did a surprise second monster but took SUCH different approaches, but CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT REVEAL?? I mean, I already thought the reveal in-call was pretty dramatic but DAMN, this gave me shivers! Just incredible
Of course, gotta take the opportunity to be as spooky as possible haha!

Your projects are the epitome of "use what you have" and I'm always astounded how great they look when finished. The use of tulle as miniature chainmail is genius.
Ahhh you are too kind my friend, thank you so much! Honestly my favorite thing to do is trying to figure out how to make stuff with things I already have around the house, I think a lot of the times it actually helps me come up with more creative solutions that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise!
Giving new meaning to "two kids on top of each other with a trenchcoat on top" :DD. Jokes aside it was a great build and I am low-key jealous as always (maybe it's more than low-key?).

WHAT?! Your intro had an almost shakespearean iambic pentameter feel (double double, as it were), and I had to hit the sub before the rest of the amazing art part even played. The creepy trojan horse was so well crafted, so much fun, and thank you for an awesome video.

I was honestly thinking for the longest time that I didn't make this spooky enough, so I'm really glad you thought it was creepy! The intro was soooo fun to do, I have some behind footage of filming for patreon... it's definitely a different experience from the back of the sheet lol

Yooo, that looks hella sick! I love the one eye upfront and the others up top, it sort of resembles a cyclops. The ears look sick too. Something about them being a bit lower than normal, and oversized, it just adds to the creepiness. This whole creature makes me wanna make some weird surreal painting full of randomness. Honestly though, great job like always. Also, thanks for the warning on the flashing lights, I really appreciate it.

Simply amazing build!! Inspired combinations of the cards, the inner monster especially looks incredibly cohesive and really, really tells a story! Makes me wish it was a Dark Souls boss.

Two monsters in one! I think the inner monster ended up scary and not Teletubby in the end. Maybe that's where Tinky Winky ended up after he entered the Void. :) GREAT job!

I really really really like this!!! the way you edit the video like in the beginning!! THE MONSTER INSIDE LOOKS REALLY COOL. i love all the details! and all like the stuff you put in on the tail for the tail and the three eye thing on top (?) and the tattoo story which. i fixated on for a while.... I think the ears were just super similar to me for some reason, couldn't get it out of my head! Not sure what show you're talking about, but it sounds horrifying, thanks for that comparison lol

The show was bad and it is a long time ago so name and other tings are forgotten, but the image of the head stayed with me. :-)

Talented as always... I've been wanting to get into model painting and whatnot. Have you ever considered using 3D printed parts? I have 3D printer and I've made some cool stuff with it.
Ahhh thank you, I hope you do try model painting! Tbh I haven't really even thought about it because I can't afford a 3D printer haha. It's super cool what you can do with them though! Although part of me also really likes making every little piece by hand even if it's not as perfectly done~

Great build, love the inside/outside concept. What was the white material you used to make the buttons and rivets? Looked like pva glue, but imo that tends to droop, run, and flatten. What did you use?
The same puffy paint that I used at 8:52! It's technically a three dimensional fabric paint, but it sticks to most surfaces! I just started using it recently and it's been super helpful for a bunch of small details, love it! And thank you so much, so happy you could enjoy it~
