I don’t agree with you on number 3! Real estate was seriously hit during the pandemic! And depending on your target market, you can really struggle in this sector! High end homes don’t sell easily plus the rent is so high to attract barely any tenants!
Low income houses are okay but you’ll struggle with tenants who go for months without paying rent!
