Probably if it reads trespasser will be shot survivors will be prosecuted. There are laws about using that sign legally, like a sign every so many feet apart and or a proper size and font. My thought is a survivor cannot sue you, make sure he/she is dead.

My brother, also a Marine, offered to play some games with said neighbor. Don't pay attention to the haters about the cable. It's legal in every aspect. Good job.
Greetings from SE Oklahoma! Can't tell how high cable is by vedio, but don't put it too high, they just lifted ours and drove under on a fourwheeler. We had signs and all. It's sad when people are so disrespectful of others property. Obviously their parents didn't teach them how to respect others. Sorry your having to deal with that kind of stuff Dutch. Love the new roadway you have there. Definitely a lot of work and more ahead. God bless you all!
Out in the wilderness you usually meet nice people enjoying nature. If this was in a city I would understand. I think this guy is an arse. Imagine a car get lost at night. Or even a sick person driving into that cable.
Trespassers can be a problem for sure, just be careful with cables. Pvc slid on them or other high visibility items should be used. Cables are the hardest to see and injury can often happen to trespassers. Even though you are well within your rights to protecting your property and privacy, many landowners have had lawsuits solely based on the thought that human life is more important than inanimate land or property. Just food for thought. Be safe and free 🇺🇸

Hang in there Dutch.. it will all be worth it when you look back someday.. these are the stories you'll tell your grandchildren as you rock on your porch of your off grid home and life that you built. It's just another thing to check off your list. Maybe send a friendly letter to all homes and homesteads that surround your property, letting them know you bought the property and are excited to be building your home there. Let them know you are having a trespasser problem and ask them to keep a look out for you and let you know if they see anything.. I think that is the best way.. they will all have your phone number or email then and if it is them that are trespassing, they will have gotten the message directly from you about it with no harm done.. I think folks are just curious as it has been empty all these years and they had free range with it. .. Yeah, I think it is best to reach out to all your surrounding neighbors.. oxoxo Love the Road!!! :))

Love watching the teamwork! Great family you have. Reminds me of my Dad and I when we worked on our camps property. Stat safe, God Bless.
Making progress, hope that keeps trespassers out. Your girls are hard workers.
Road looks good, the gravel laid nicely. Such good helpers you have Dutch. Kinda looks like you have a tough turtle watching also. Enjoyed the video
LOOKING AWESOME what BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN you have GOD BLESS you all
Naturally that Turtles name should be “Tucky” for “ Ken Tucky” cause he “ KEN” tuck his head and he likes “Kentucky Fried Chicken”. 😆👌👍😉
Very clever 🤣
That's more than a suggestion...that's more like a mandate or something!!
@@nunyubiznezz how about we just look at a positive side of it 😁
@@kellyfarrell8180 I did.
You're just reading it, then projecting a lot of your hate into it.
@@nunyubiznezz oh no please I wasn't trying to be disrespectful I never am and I will always admit my wrong so I do apologise to f have hat was taken wrong or I said it wrong I'm not that type of person truelly I am SORRY
Dutch I can’t believe how quickly y’all are getting everything done there. Keep up the work, love y’all’s videos.
I'm pleased the turtle carries my name..lol.
I love watching you work. You make it look so easy.
Awesome that will make life a little easier
Two things - 1. Chain is a lot easier to padlock. 2. A few feet of PVC pipe in the middle is far more visible - can even put reflective tape around it for folks that get lost at night.
It’s disgusting that you have to put up no Tressopassong sign. That is the way this Wicked world is. Dutch Keep. plugging away. We love you
Im told you have to put up no trespassing, beware of dog,no salesmen allowed, etc & fenced,& even then if they come on your property, break in your house & get hurt,or bit by
your dog they can & cases known to sue!!! And win!!!
dont say wicked world :) no such problems where i am from .
ulf pettersen read your Bible
hehe ohh snap. you really got me there. i am an atheist. mainly because all the wrong doing caused by religion, if you can understand. but i stand by the words i said. your country/continent (little peace of the world) is in fact NOT the world. you TELL me to read my bible. i kindly ask you to open your eyes and start understanding places are different i am 51 y old and i have never seen a no trespass sign in my country (and i have been around most of it) but annyway Kathleen Kramer have a nice weekend and for "gods" sake feel some love.
Hey Dutch, people just don't care about anything any more its all about them. They do want they and when they want and to hell with everything else. You have to do whatever it takes to protect your property they're thinking I'll just sneak out there and they'll never know WRONG. Dutch just keep your guard up while your out there by yourself, I know your carrying but don't leave it in your truck people are crazy today. You may never know they may come out there to see what you are doing I don't want to sound paranoid but that's how people are today with that being said the road looking good it's coming along so whats next KID keep up the good work and see you in the next video🤔😉
Blackstone says that a crime against one member of a society is a crime against the entire society.
That’s always nice when we can spread it for the customers. .looking good
Maybe you could do something like what Jason Crocker build by his gate. Love the road
Good job on the 'gate'. Not as big as Jason's tho. lol Like all the gravel you put down.
Great family and teaching them teamwork and family! Best.
I don't know if it's legal in OK but I'd be tempted to put up a sign that says "Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be prosecuted!
Granny Goose South Georgia here… a friend’s husband put up a similar sign. “Trespassers will be shot! Survivors will be shot AGAIN!!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It should be trespassers will be shot servicer will be shot again!!!
Probably if it reads trespasser will be shot survivors will be prosecuted. There are laws about using that sign legally, like a sign every so many feet apart and or a proper size and font. My thought is a survivor cannot sue you, make sure he/she is dead.
Trespassers will be used for target practice. Continue at own risk
I love that name, Granny Goose, cute! the idea of pvc pipe painted w orange stripes
is a good idea, flags are good but someone could remove them then say they never
saw them. U have to consider what a jerk would do. get p/od he could not get where
he wanted to, he'd want to get even one way or another. Take care Granny Goose!
Get a set of the cheap solar rope lights to wrap on the cable across the driveway. Make the cable visible in the dark.
People have been sued for those cables because some trespasser rode an ATV or motorcycle into them.
You need to have Daniel talk to great plains Kubota and hook you up with a tractor.
Looking good Dutch coming along nicely
Folks in the comments please remember like the old saying goes “Rome wasn’t built in a day”
I enjoy very much watching all you do and your wonderful family and friends.
Best of luck always my friend and may God Bless
You need a turtle crossing sign.
Fellow Marine here, I have 2 places in your general area that I have trespassing issues with. One neighbor felt the need to pushe the fence down with his tractor.
People are amazingly insensitive to put it nice. With the rain and driving over the gravel several times, you can pack it down. Such a hard, hard worker, & a great man. I enjoy your family. God bless, off grid in Oklahoma Mt.Momma
Dutch, and family, love watching yer stream from Ireland, god bless always 💖
It's sad when people are so disrespectful of others property. Obviously their parents didn't teach them how to respect others. Sorry your having to deal with that kind of stuff Dutch. Love the new roadway you have there. Definitely a lot of work and more ahead. God bless you all!
Out in the wilderness you usually meet nice people enjoying nature. If this was in a city I would understand. I think this guy is an arse. Imagine a car get lost at night. Or even a sick person driving into that cable.
So if one person owned the whole world you would be respectful?
@@Deontjie my thoughts, who would even care about the SO evil "trespassers" once a week, pathetic
@@alpha-cf2oi That evil guy taking an hour to get a macro photo of an endangered wildflower?
The only arseholes around here are the sobbing enablers siding with TRESPASSERS. WTF is wrong with you soyboys? Are you dancing on a rainbow bridge?
Thank you for the update on the off grid property ! Take care , stay safe and healthy at whatever you do next ! Doing well here in Kansas .
I’m glad you videoed the trucks driving on that tarp. I wanted to see how it held up.
Those girls are precious !
I liked the way the little one looked
at the camera and said about ticks.
Look out for chiggers/red bugs.
The driveway looks really nice! Hope cracked me up “I had more ticks” 🤣
Prayers over the trespassers. God can take something meant for wrong and turn it into right and abundantly right God bless you all.
So people have sued land owners because they denied them access or they were injured while attempting to trespas?
Cables are good for decapitation.
holy heck, I was not expecting that 'tailgating' of the gravel to be that pleasing to watch...that driver/operator knows his shizz. Very cool!
You better be buying a tractor. That's a lot of snow shoveling in the winter. Lol
That was really cool watching the truck pour the gravel, very satisfying.
That poor turtle. 😄
Dutch and family, this is so cool. Happy for you and family.
Don't forget to put your camera's up Dutch,it maybe more then one person trespassing, looking so different great job...
Have one camera visible and one hidden. Lots of reasons for that
That was so cute with the turtle Brandy:)
I’m loving your journey and this entire process! Sometimes I wish I was in your shoes!
Hello DUTCH ! You are really doing a good job working the road , its looking good. Hey brandy , girls you should all proud of yourselves. And yeah no one should be on your land. Doing right thing protecting yourself, homestead. I'll catch ya later🤗🤗🤗🐮
Road looks good
Always love your channel, content and beautiful family. I especially enjoy you and Kevin working together. You two have a blessed friendship! Keep up the good work. Sending love to your family too. It's always a please to watch your 3 beautiful girls and exceptional wife!!
Good evening everyone. Hope you’re having a good day 👋🏻😊💞
You are in your element running that tractor .
Funny how you and Jason are going through the same things.. Off Grid, logging, ticks, trespasser fences.. :))
Nice looking family! Good idea to protect them.
