Aww I'm so glad you enjoy them Mary!! Thanks so much for the support it really does mean a lot!! It's funny how filming with the iphone is way easier because it is so much more relaxed and I feel like you guys can come right along with me, like you are sitting on my shoulder ha! Always fun to have you all along for these little adventures!
You sure know how to pick a terrific tour. Please keep making more of these food tour videos; they are a great addition to your usual fabulous entertaining videos which are super duper great. Love all your videos and enjoy your sweet personality and little giggles. 😊
Aww so glad you enjoy them! They've definitely been fun to share! And yes will work them in year round, with the recipes :) Excited to get back into the kitchen with my cameras that JUST arrived from the states and get back to the recipe videos! Stay tuned!!
Aww I'm so glad you can armchair travel with me! And the best part is, no jetlag! LOL! Next week, I'm back in France and will be sharing some yummy fall recipes! A Bientot!
Such a charming and an authentic vacation spot with good food and a friendly atmosphere you can NOT find in the city. The food looked amazing and I tried not to lick my computer screen 🤐. Thank you so much Beth for sharing your culinary adventures with us, I have learned so many things along the way. Grazie e tanti baci 😘😘😘
Aww I'm so glad you have enjoyed them! They are such fun to share! Now that I've returned to France, I'll be back in my kitchen sharing recipes again ha! But I did enjoy our little "field trips!"
Yes they are! They were traveling in Europe for a few weeks! I think after I heard how long it takes to travel there I would stay a month too! Ha! :) They were such a fun couple!
I took a cooking class once in Tuscany and it was magical. Had an amazing experience. I’ll save this one as well in case I find myself in Tuscany again one day. Beautiful place. And the food looks amazing.
How fun! I throughly enjoyed this. I did something similar when I was in Florence. We started off in the city where we took a walking tour and shopped for the ingredients that we needed for the cooking class. After we shopped a van drove us to a beautiful place in the mountains where we were taught how to cook pizza, pasta w/ bolognese sauce & tiramisu for dessert! It was so amazing, I’d love to go back.
I am watching this while on the first of a six week stay in Florence. We, too, are taking a cooking class later in our stay. Love, love this city and country!
Oh what fun!! I hope you enjoy your stay! Two restaurant recommendations for you that my daughter and I fell in love with! This one was fantastic! Be sure to order the side of Roasted Potatoes with something they were SO good! www.hostariaildesco.com/ and this place was great too! osteriadelcorso.it/ happy travels!!
Thank you for taking us along! I’ve only been to Florence & Tuscany once, and it was pure magic! ❤ loved 🥰 seeing the cooking school & air bnb! Hope your daughter is settling in! 😊
I look forward to your videos so much. You are such fun! Another fun excursion with you. Everything looked so good and such a gorgeous place. Thank you!
What a nice thing to do and the scenery couldn't be better. The pasta looked yummy and really so basic to do as long as you get the technique shown to you. Thanks Beth.
Ive loved your content for years Beth. I started this channel hugely based on inspiration from you. Greetings from Piedmont Italy. Thanks for sharing details on this cooking class
@@EntertainingWithBeth Oh my 🥰 never expected this but so honoured .Thanks a milliion Beth and looking forward to more from you 🍂🧡 developing the courage next to talk to a camera. Tomorrow will be the challenge im taking to do this
Oh I do hope you get there one day! It's a funny thing that happens (I'm of Italian descent too) You see so many versions of relatives you love in the eyes and smiles of the people, it's a funny connection you feel. One worth pursuing! :)
Now THAT looks like a fun way to spend a beautiful day while in Florence! A day visit to the countryside is such a nice respite from all the lists of "have to do's" and high activity being in the city brings. It looked wonderfully serene and peaceful there! And there's the relaxing fun of good company and good food while you learn a new skill! Thank you for taking us along - and thanks to your daughter for choosing to continue her education in Florence! 😂 I'm happy to hear she's settled in and doing well. ❤
@@EntertainingWithBeth if you find the recipe could you please share it. They might only be available to class participants. I’ve looked and didn’t see😔
This was such a fun video and really made me think about doing something like this!! My husband and I will be travelling to Italy and France next September and I'm now thinking this cooking class would be a great and really enjoyable experience!! Neither of us( husband ) are great in the kitchen so we (he) may learn a bit more about cooking and have fun while learning 😊 Thx Beth!! You're the best❤❤❤
Oh you would! I'd definitely look into cooking classes! They are such fun and there are so many to choose from in Italy! And Paris too! This one is great I've heard: lacuisineparis.com/
Beth, I’ve had a lot of catching up to do with you! Firstly, congratulations on you and your family’s move to France! How exciting! Second, I’ve had to binge watch all of your videos since I’ve missed so many!
Ha! Oh yes lots of catching up to do ha! Thanks for your well wishes! We are settling in nicely and having some fun adventures! But I have to say I'm looking forward to getting back in the kitchen and sharing some yummy recipes for fall! Stay tuned!!
We just got back from italy and stayed 4 nights in florence. Your cooking class looks like it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a wonderful apartment and learned it was owned by the hosts grandparents. Thank you for sharing your time there.
You know I missed it because I was busy stirring the panna cotta! LOL! BUT, what I did notice was the chef roasted a pumpkin she kept calling it, but it looked like a Kabocha Squash, then she pureed it with maybe some chicken broth, then added a little cream cheese I believe and stirred in the sausage and maybe added a little sage too! It looked really simple but yummy!!
Hi Beth, I am a fan and a long time subscriber of your channel 😊 I have learned so much from you, thank you! I’d like to email you, would it be ok? I have a few “Italian related” questions to ask you if that would be ok? I would really appreciate it, thank you!
Well, it depends how much time you have if you’re visiting Florence and really only have a day or so for a cooking experience. I would definitely come here if you have more days to spend then I would go to Tuscookany! 👏👍💕

Beth great video! What were the ingredients in the pumpkin cream cheese sauce that sounds great for October or November meals? 🍷🇮🇹🍷
