Good video mate, lots of good advice. The imagery thing is something I learnt a while ago from Allan Carr's book which I'm sure you mentioned in your first video. I might need to purchase it again as I loaned it to a friend who I've lost contact with. It really reset my brain back when I first read it

Correct Mark, Allen Carr is the reason I am where I am today, fantastic book and so simple in its approach, if you have audible as an app it is available as an audio book still now sometimes fall asleep to it :) I would imagine its available as a download on things like google books and kindle as well, get yourself a copy bud, if it helped last time it will do the same again and your sure to pick up on different things the second time around , hope your well mate and still on the right side of the road :)
