Partially true, the US’s wars they have thought tested out some weapons, but not in conditions that they will be met with against a superpower or any developed country like china. In the countries that the US have fought in those country do not have robust air defenses, electronic warfare kill webs, or any sort of systematic data link system that can relay information to every unit of their army to make those military machines effective. Just think about it, does a single M1A2SEP alone on a battlefield have the same capabilities and effectiveness as one that has a drone flying in front of it to relay combat information and air defenses to eliminate threats in the air. One example is EW warfare, the US has only a couple battle tested weapons that has been put under severe Electronic interference and proving to work just as well. This is very significant because as you can see in the war Ukraine, Russia’s weapons are advanced but only if it was used in the optimal conditions. Like the a50U, the range of detection for targets decreases once there is active jamming, and Russia, not having a plane/network to counter this kind of EW measure, suffers heavy losses of the A50U. One of the A50u’s been shot down by its own air defenses. So I believe china doesn’t have that much of a shortcoming in battle tested weapons.

Thats a special police unit, not he army, so thats the chinese version of the brazilian BOPE (police force)
也不算特警警察,中国警察属于公务员队伍。而中国武警属于兵役制。有点像美国国民警卫队,主要对内反恐、防暴的内卫部队。受中央军委指挥,不听从政府公务员指挥。
