I just saw 2 North Korean soldiers try shooting down a drone. The drone pilot was very experienced and did a bunch of evasive maneuvers, tricking one of the soldiers to shoot at it but misses and hits his comrade
Everyone talking about drones probably forgot that the other side had drones, too. Welcome to a multipolar world.
Are there more interview with these guys somewhere? Fascinating perspective
“Do you think they will defect?” Well how much do they love their family? Cause if they run then their family pays for it
The “save 3 bullets for your enemy and yourself” is so they can’t capture you and get sensitive information in reality you’re better off getting captured
Russians are still looking around, wondering where these North Korean soldiers are hiding... Nobody knows.
Dude ran thru and broke those bricks with his face! Are they being trained to run thru walls??
They thought they were going for real hand to hand combat despite being malnourished. Sad to say you will be fighting drones
After watching that drone videos I could say their tactic is severely outdated if non existent. I mean marching to the enemy territory out in the open in broad daylight?!?!
Is this a joke? They barely feed their own people, and we're supposed to be afraid of their might?? Please.
No soldier who is not fed, clothed, trained or even paid properly can ever be considered elite, never!
That description applies pretty well to the Confederate army that consistently whipped superior Yankee forces in their war of 1861-65.
The thing war against drone is the worst. Being strong doesn't prove you survive against the kamikaze drone.
Fighting on the battlefield is not like marching on the Parade Square. This requires a lot of determination, discipline, and sustainability. I don't think North Korean soldiers have even conducted combined training or shared their doctrine with the Russian Army. I have been on many operations and seen the war very closely.
