Positive reinforcement is 🔑 KEY! In so many areas of our lives. The love you have for your dogs is very visible Sean. You make each others lives rewarding. ❤ 🐕🧔♂️💖
Ohhhh Echo's puppy clips are soooooo cute!!! Maybe you can do another "flashback" video and show some more clips! It was so cute to seehim with his mommy, too❤
You are a great dog trainer! I hate it when dog trainers use fear and force. My Border Collies were so easy to train (I did search and rescue with them). Their will to please and love for work is amazing.
Echo is coming along and has his mother Storm’s heart for herding. Loved hearing you talk about the importance of positive reinforcement in training and ending each session by letting Echo do something he’s good at, so he’ll want to keep doing what he’s doing. Good job, Echo! I’m looking forward to your Christmas 🎄festivities video(s), thanks, Sean 🐾💕
I got hooked onto your videos because of the Instagram reel of all 3 of your BC running through the wind. Its still my all time fav video! My heart wells with joy watching them run!! I appreciate your attitude towards dog training Sean. Awesome dogs are blessed with good genes and even better handlers, who are their pack leaders. You're doing a great job as their leader. Your videos teach people so much about mindset during training. City people need a grip on themselves and not get dogs like BC who need a lot of mental and physical stimulation. I see poor huskies living a place that touches 40 degrees C (almost 100 degree F) in the summer. Feel so bad for those dogs!
You wrote my thoughts, I agree with every word. These dogs want and have to work run and play a great deal. I had three mixes (next to others) Husky/Labrador, Labrador/Bordercollie and BorderCollie/Mechelaar (Belgium shepard) and they where... intens to say the least. No citydogs! I LOVE this down to earth channel where Sean takes us with him, the dogs and the learningproces with the sheep. It's heartwarming seeing how Echo loves him, shows a good leader. The last mentioned mix had genetically everything in him to be a great sheepsdog 😄 his parents were champs but in real life he was so scared of them that one sound of a sheep made him flight for life! He herderd me though instead :-)
Hello from the foothills of The Great Smokey Mountains in Tennessee, USA. Love your TikTok videos; just subscribed to your UA-cam account. Love your dogs and impressed with your skills and teamwork with the dogs. Scenery is absolutely breathtaking.
I’m still catching up with the vids of the past before I found Sean and the dogs. Loved every minute watching the training with love and discipline. 🇦🇺
As always, Awesome! Echo and your training did great! Winston approves too, but wants to know why I was giving the same whistles during the video. He’s learned the That’ll do command and whistle from your videos and just trying it a few times with him when I take him out! 🙂
Fun to watch as Echo progesses---he was an adorable pup! Your emphasis on positive reinforcement is SO true, whether you are training dogs, horses, or children (& maybe even husbands, you might check with Stacy on that...)!
My husband and I were watching this video and the dog and cat were on the couch across the room. When you whistled, my dog snapped up, so I had to give her a command so that she wouldn’t be confused!😂
Unfortunately was not able to hear the training due to the loud music. I use earbuds and it really hurt my ears when the music suddenly blared. Hope to watch more videos focused on what you're saying. Thanks for sharing 😊
I love looking back at your dog’s learning commands and how far he’s come since 2yrs ago! Amazing!! When your dogs are inside, are they lap dogs or cuddle dogs or do you treat them more like a working dog all of the time? Does that make sense? We have three little papillons who are cuddle babies. They go everywhere with us (even on planes), and they sleep in our beds. They are never alone. But they do follow commands. My Yorkie I had for 18 yrs has passed away but he would alert to a human if they had any type of cancer. That started when he alerted me about a skin cancer. The doctor said it was most likely a freckle but since my dog alerted to that, he would biopsy that. The Dr called back saying my dog was right and I had to go back for more to be removed as it was early melanoma. He said had i not been alerted by my dog it would have progressed. My doctor then wanted my dog to start working for him basically smelling people. My dog saved my life. I miss him a lot♥️
It would be so nice to accomplish a job or task with my dogs, to work together. I had a very close relationship with one of my last dogs and I think that if there was work to do together we would have be even closer. Thanks for the videos. Very best wishes.
Hello from Chicago, Illinois USA! Unfortunately the audio of your voice is really low, but the music is really need loud!! Love watching you and your dogs tho.💓
Love your channel, my Smooth Coated Collies would be in heaven doing this job, instead they try to herd our horses in the other side of the fence Sometimes the horses will actually play and run up and down the fence line with them! 😂Unfortunately, Smooth Collies are drivers and the barking is non-stop…much prefer the quiet stealth your dogs.
Love your channel! Here, Tiktok and insta! Your videos are brilliant and dogs are just awesome! Have you ever encountered a dog that all of a sudden seems to loose a bit interest in sheep? I'm currently experiencing this with my dog, feels like she's well and truly hit the teenage stage haha 😄
I agree with Domingo. I know someone thinking of getting sheep. She is adding animal species 1 at a time to her self sufficient farmstead she and husband are building. I am trying to get her interested in buying a shepard and doing agility for now...throwing in some terms from herding or find a place that works with herding dogs somewhere around us..only 1 I know is a 3 hour drive.......
Suggestion: lose the overly loud music and let's hear the sheep, the dogs, and Nature, and, of course, your good self. Your content doesn't need banger music, imho. Cheers!
Sean, some video tips. Balance the audio music (at 8.20 it would be better to lower it a bit to the background, so we still hear the commands well). Also when filming selfy mode and you look at the cam, pls look into the lens instead of on the display, cause your eyes are off. Consider using a Boya BY-M1 lavalier mic into your phone jack, for superb audio recording. (they're not expensive). Consider Kinemaster for phone-video-editing... It's free (with logo).... But it makes everything look a bit smoother. Keep up them video's cause we lòve watching your work with the dogs and sheep.... 🙂
"Get him to fall in love with herding." What a great way to look at training!
This is the cutest video ever! Echo as a puppy!
Puppy Echo is so cute and super clever!
Oh, be still my heart! Baby Echo bouncing along, running after Mom🥰❤️❤️❤️
Positive reinforcement is 🔑 KEY! In so many areas of our lives. The love you have for your dogs is very visible Sean.
You make each others lives rewarding. ❤ 🐕🧔♂️💖
Echo as a puppy❤️❤️ I thought I might die of the cuteness.
Me too!!!
Ohhhh Echo's puppy clips are soooooo cute!!! Maybe you can do another "flashback" video and show some more clips! It was so cute to seehim with his mommy, too❤
So cute! What a good boy! Echo is a testament of Sean's time and dedication! Great job. Love the content!
I love Echo! He’s a gorgeous boy! ❤
You are a great dog trainer! I hate it when dog trainers use fear and force.
My Border Collies were so easy to train (I did search and rescue with them). Their will to please and love for work is amazing.
How wonderful you deserve so much respect for working in such a tough situation
Amazing on how to direct their instincts to help herd the sheep.

I’ve been binge watching the older videos. Loving it 🎉
Love the content Sean! If you can get the audio to be consistent throughout the video, this channel should really take off. Good luck.
I think the audio is just fine 🤷♀️
@@johanna_na Clearly you weren't listening with headphones, I think my ears are bleeding... 😎
Agree - AWESOME content, but the music is way too loud
Music is too loud compared to the spoken part, otherwise love watching it!
support your concern by sending Sean what you believe to be appropriate audio equipment

Music is way too loud! hard to hear what you are saying. I personally would rather not have the music to be honest. Otherwise I love louder videos.
So darned sweet!
Good job man! Fascinating!
You do magic with your dogs

Puppy patience ! Best luck to you mate ! 🤠
Sean! I really hope your channel will pick up! I really enjoy your videos!
Great positive training tips ❤️🦘

This is a great channel, Sean... well done ✔️
Very cool Sean, really like seeing how the training is done. Thank you for the video.
I’m still catching up with the vids of the past before I found Sean and the dogs. Loved every minute watching the training with love and discipline. 🇦🇺

Your training is wonderful

Aye, you keep going Sean! Thank you for taking your time to help us appreciate where our meals come from
Absolutely fascinating!!!
How cute is that? Loved this video! ❤️ He tried. Gotta send love on this one.
Absolutely impressed. Very good job, would like to see more of that.
Live an exact opposite life (e.g. urban, no dogs, different continent [Canada]), but I still find your content fascinating.
I so enjoy your videos. Thank you.

Excellent video. Excellent training
I'm thinking Sean has instincts about the dogs as good as the dogs have about herding!

Beautiful dog !
Sean this was a great video, no need for the music we want to hear your commands!
Scotland is on my bucket list!
Love to watch your vids👍🏼👍🏼 a big Hello from California 😊
Hello from Chicago, Illinois USA! Unfortunately the audio of your voice is really low, but the music is really need loud!! Love watching you and your dogs tho.💓
I would like to see how you show a puppy what you want them to do the first time you say lie down to them.
Gre'at content!

We need a volume boost - can hardly hear the video!

Sean is it still possible to train a Border Collie to your standard if it's two and a half years old please?
Great video, increase the audio though...
MUSIC TOOOO LOUD. GREAT TRAINING WISDOM.
EXPERIENCE
oh the music that starts around 8 and a hlf seconds is too loud and high pitched and we can hardly hear you
Background music is way too loud.
HOW WHERE GET YOUR BEANIE SEAN. WHOS THE COMPANY WE BUY FROM.
👍
🥰
Really interesting. Not wild about the music
Whatv sensitivity!
🤙🏽
Really liked the video, music sound level just was pain for headphone user.. "windows" volume 38% while talking, 6% while music..
