Great video. Followed along for my first brake job and I'm still alive 😂
That is exactly what I was afraid of trying to do. My own parts are flying off 😱 or 💀. How did you feel afterwards comfortable.
Nice jobs , it will help me for my daughter's brakes 👍
Thank you it was fantastic, super Help full
Thank you boss
Don't forget the safety jack stands my friends. Also be nice to know how many foot pounds of torque on the caliper bracket, caliper and lug nuts.
I never use pounds of torque I just tight as much as I can and that’s it . Been a mechanic for 45 years.
@@masterroshi3994 Better buy a lottery ticket then. Damn lucky nothing has ever fallen off. Engineers don't specify torque for their health.
Is it different for the rear
Purge?
Do you have to change the routers every time you change the breaks someone told me this. But my routers are still good the breaks are just bad
Most parts store will resurface your rotors for $15-20/each
So... I'm doing a break change on my fiancée 2019 Nissan Sentra SR tomorrow. Is it really as simple as you showed in your video?
Yup easy as 123 I can even do it with my eyes closed
What if I don’t have a compression tool?
A c clamp will work as well
Is ncesary put the new rotors ?
You can get away with it the first time you change pads usually. But over time they do wear and some cases warp
Man I don’t kno what I did but I can’t the tire to sit flush smh never had this problem
Make sure the rotor is flat to the hub and there isn't any debris on the hub that the tire centers to
@@TheRedneckStig I feel like a dummy lol but hub caps was throwing me off I popped them off and had way more room. Live n learn I almost thought rock auto played me
