@@lolathomas6103 Not far at all! Literally a 1 minute walk along the corridor that connects them! The common room at the bottom shown in the video is shared by both blocks.

In my opinion, how 'sociable' it is will depend on whether you put yourself out there. I've made good friends here. There are often prees, which present a good opportunity to meet new people and there are always people in the common areas. & unfortunately White Rose does NOT bless us with free laundry. Glad you enjoyed the tour 👍
Rent prices change all the time. Take a look at the website and it should say. It’s also cheaper if you apply and manage to get WRV through your choices with UoL, as opposed to doing it with privately

You can barely hear if another flat is playing music tbh - I never had issues with it being loud, apart from the drummer sometimes lol. In terms of service, reception were always really helpful, and pretty much 24/7 maintenance for repairs in your flat ect. And glad you found the vid useful :)

Studio gives you your own space, whereas in a flat you'll live with 4 or 7 other people sharing a kitchen area, so more social. Either way, the accommodation will be nice, so depends on if you'd like to live with others.
