@@Joe_Sole I sold once I gave up on and lost faith in the system..which is rigged...beyond hope. Bitcoin is the only way out of the system. Bitcoin is the only real way to be short the system. If you want to short the system, to really squeeze, you have to go outside the system and demonetize the system. G-d bless!

Ty, glad it helped! I know of a few Australian exchange students that stayed on-campus in Charles Morris last year (I assume you can get catered if you wish). Just found online that UoL "guarantee an offer of single University accommodation for all years for international undergraduates, as long as you apply by the deadline."
