- a lil documentation of my time back home for the holidays :)
texas is cold, but not too cold, and it's absolutely amazing. spending lots of time with my friends, as all of them are home for holidays too! been sitting in the cafe for a couple hours every morning before everyone is awake to edit these videos. it's strange, it feels like i never even left.
this town is exactly the same, except there are a few new homes popping up. it's growing, but the people are all the same. love this place so much.

my christmas was a roadtrip. broke long time friendships, found out some people aren't who they say they are, confessed to a special someone but then got rejected (dw, we're still good friends), and had to help heartbroken friends who had been going through a lot. these past 24 hours have probably been some of the most stressful and most heart-wrenching hours ever, yet at the same time, has helped me grow ten fold. merry christmas and happy holidays cone, and to anyone else reading this

I actually cried watching this. I love you so much, Conan. I'm literally just some silly kid and I never feel like I fit in or that I'll find myself or who I mm supposed to be or do, but then I see you, out here having fun, being a silly kid, and accomplishing your dreams. It just makes me feel like maybe I'm not such a monumental screwup, and that everything will be okay, and that *i will be okay*, and that's the greatest Christmas gift anyone could give me.

I have no idea why, but as soon as you guys started opening presents, I started crying...maybe it's just that feeling of togetherness in a family. I didn't have that growing up- my dad likes to yell a lot during the holidays and he often loses meaning of what is actually important. Thank you for showing us a piece of your world and highlighting what the holidays or family time in general truly mean (totally watching this in May but idgaf lmao)

"And now I'm wiser, happier." Idk why but those words and the piano in the background made me tear up a bit. My first semester freshman year (in college) was so hard. I got heartbroken by some guy, my best friend at my school decided she wasn't going to return for the second semester, I failed some classes. I remember when my mom picked me up from the airport I just bawled because I was so overwhelmed. I'm a junior now and everything seems so different. My life now is so peaceful and nothing at all like my hectic experience my first year. New friends, new people, new everything. Yet still, I'm so happy to have went through it all. I had to go through it to get where I am now. Enjoy these college years Cone but also enjoy the moment too because time flies and things are always changing. ❤️✨❤️
