- in this vlog i freak out over japanese stationary, go prom shopping, and give a long sleepy life update!
i've been trying my very best to both make the most of my time in this town, but also make the most out of my online presence, it's getting quite hard to juggle. i'm glad i'm making these vlogs, but boy o boy, it's hard! i'm so glad i'll be able to look back on these though, i really do love making them when time isn't crunched and i feel like a little stress ball.
i'm so frakin' grateful for y'all, having all this support and love is teaching me so much about the world, and is making my world so so lovely! thank you.

This week has been surreal for me. It's my last week of high school ever. I'm a Senior, and I'm going off to the University of Florida next year and it's just crazy to think that soon everything will be so different. Your song Idle Town has been on repeat because it just makes me so nostalgic about my high school experiences and I feel so connected with you because of how perfectly you describe all of my feelings. I hope you know that your words have resonated deeply with a group of friends much like yours all the way here in SW Florida. My friends and I love your songs because they are so relatable and soothing, and I feel honored to get to live out the same experiences as you on opposite sides of the country as we both go off to college and start the rest of our lives. I auditioned for an art-school this week... I got in! It's one of the best art-schools where I live!
Update 3yrs later: Yes, I'm still at that school. I've never been happier in my life: I've met some of the greatest people ever and finally have a place in the world (haha corny, I know). I'm graduating next year! Class of 2021 :)
Update 4yrs later : I graduated... now that high school is over I'm gonna be auditioning for an art college... wish me luck! I'll know my results by the end of august. (If I dont get in I will do a sabbatical.) :)

I'm in the process of re-watching all of the vlogs, these videos really hit different after seeing Conan's dreams breathe and shine their light. After so many years the nostalgias really kicking in. Also personally as a junior in high school now I can relate to the of state of his environment more, everything is happening back to back with no spaces and it's like you can feel the world spinning under your feet. I appreciate these videos even more now. Can't begin to imagine how Conan feels about them.
