Hi, This real estate company has very professional presentation videos of their properties. I got some questions about this house and others shown on UA-cam. I have never thought to live in the countryside but I realized that I can find home and land features here at a reasonable price than on beach areas. 1) How is the water provided , water well or city system? Is the water drinkable? 2) How is the sewer system, sewer well? 3) How Is the internet or cable provided? 4) Is it safe living there? 5) No street lighting? 6) People living there are permanent or vacational? 7) How much driving to get the next median or small City? Supermarket? Hospital? Medical? Pharmacy? 8) Can you rpovide the location to check surroundings on Google? 9) City trash pick up? Thank you
Hey, thanks for your comment. Prices here are much better than on the coast and you are within a 30-40 minute drive. 1. Water is by mains. The water can be drank but its best to use an osmosis filter. 2. This property has mains drainage. 3. Internet is by fibre or satellite. 4. It is very safe living here. There is 0 crime. 5. There isn't street lighting where this villa is but there are areas where you will find lighting. 6. This is a holiday home. 7. The town is right next to the villa. 2 minutes by car or for a larger town you have Albox in 10 minutes. 8. This property is located in an area called Retamar next to Partaloa village. 9. Hi Colin, some people don't like them so they don't have them installed. They are originally a symbol of power / wealth (the more powerful families would have the nicest grills or rejas in Spanish) but now it's mainly for security although people do go a bit extra sometimes.

Sadly I own an 8 mtr motorhome. A 4x4 pickup and around 3 motorbikes.
So sadly need a lot more land.
