@@tomm5228 Thanks for the reply. There is a large bit of land just behind the wall and at the end of the plot there are olive trees. We didn't film it because it' isn't maintained so it doesn't look the best unfortunately.

@@AlmeriaHomesAlbox I'm sorry, to me a swimming pool is something you can actually SWIM in. Of course other people will disagree, but to me a pool that size is useless (I'd use my pool regularly to get my daily exercise, and floating around is not exercise), and it takes up space you could use for other things. If you just want to relax and cool down from the heat, you're better off getting a jacuzzi. That said, if you have a bunch of kids, they can splash around in it and it becomes useful.

It's a sun room really but could be used as a second sitting room.

You have several garden centres nearby which can deliver and landscape for a very good price.

You could add a covered terrace but it would need to be made of wood or metal (something classed a temporary structure). Changing windows to doors is no problem. We can recommend builders if required.

Thank you for your comment. New kitchen approx. 5,000 / 8,000 Euros and each bathroom approx. 3,000 Euros. On the roof its an 11kw solar system which they had installed there to create shade.
