@yes if her mom doesn't let her get tattoos professionally, she definitely wouldn't let her do one herself. If you can't get a tattoo before 18, you should wait till 18. There's a reason for that. A 15 year old might want a certain tattoo that a 25 year old might not.
As a professional tattooist artist myself, there’s a reason why people should wait until they are 18 to get tattooed, these tattoos are all either blown out or are just an infection waiting to happen, please leave it to the professionals as if you ever want an apprenticeship or you want to further your tattooing no tattoo artist will hire you after seeing this video. This is just my advice obviously you are entitled to do what you want to your own body but this is just encouraging young people to do all the wrong things🙈

Using pen ink is not sterile and there for you risk infection. It could also put you at risk of Ink poisoning if it’s toxic.
I reconmend getting tattoo ink, its a lot safer and sterile because its meant for skin
