Just make sure to make it go deep enough (but not too deep) bc i didn’t go deep enough in most spots and it just went away. But yah if you actually do it properly you should be good, the only thing that i fucked up on was that i didn’t press hard enough and it doesn’t look great but overall turned out fine

After i was done i gently washed it with a little bit of soap and water and also wiped it with an alchohol wipe and put a bandaid on top and i changed the bandaid in the morning (me and my friends did it at night till like 1 lmao so just change it after a couple hours) and i only wore a bandaid for the first two days. Make sure not to submerge it like swimming or a bath but a shower is fine. (also if you have some sort of healing ointment i recommend to use it, i just didn’t have any)

If you're going to pierce your ear, I'd recommend getting a hollow needle. It hurts SO MUCH LESS than using a sewing needle or safety pin. You can order them off of Crazy Factory for less than $2.
I pierced my own ear three times and I wish I got a hollow needle. I used a sewing needle and always had to stick the needle in a couple times because the earring wouldn’t go in
Pls don’t do it with ink from a pen (ik I’m a year late, almost two) but it’s just not sanitary and even tho pens are nontoxic, it’s just still not safe and not good for you body.

Hey girly! if you do this again, try going in with the needle at an angle. you also don’t have to use a lighter with sterile needles, and make sure to actually put the ink in something sterilized, they sell little caps on amazon. and maybe a better ink, i got mine on amazon i think it’s called bloodline or something like that. i have a lot of experience so no hate here, just trying to help out! x
KVKINA the needles come sterilized, there's no reason to heat it with a lighter 😂that right there shows you might have experience but not proper experience lol. The needles are made to fit into a machine that's why it looks bad. You should always wear gloves & never ever dip your skin soaked needle into your bottle of ink. Like wow!!!! Horrible. I suggest stop this & pay a pro.

quick tip, if you go in at 45degree angle and kinda ‘push flick’ the needle in, it will work and show better :) i’m no expert but it worked better for me
That should take between 30 seconds to 15 min, depending on how good you are and if you know how deep to go. If you couldn't feel it then you didn't go deep enough

As an ex stick and poke tattooist I really like how professional you were during this video. You gotten parental consent, warned about the risks and showed every step, to prove you're being safe and careful. Great job!
Also use green soap not any alcohol. You'll literally give yourself an infection due to drying your skin out. And use an ointment like A+D for 3 days and follow up with Lubriderm unscented til the tattoo is fully healed. Antibacterial oinments have damaging effect on tattoos. Also you CAN do a dry geal ans let your body do it'sown thing. Just use the lotion. This is coming from a heavily tattooed woman.

@@reganshepherd7196 you can get green soap and a green soap bottle on Amazon. I wouldn't dip the needle in the bottle because that's actually not clean at all. Especially if you plan using that ink again. Then follow the other stuff I said.
@@alyxengrae6462 instead of just stabbing the needle directly into the skin super straight (like a nail into a wall), try tilting the needle at an angle, and pushing the needle in at that same angle. It helps deposit more ink into the skin! No idea what a plucking pattern is, though. Might be a recommendation to move a bit quicker? And like, try doing the motion of plucking a bird with your fingers? I really don't know. I can definitely say from experience, the angle thing helps tremendously.

I pierced my own ear three times and I wish I got a hollow needle. I used a sewing needle and always had to stick the needle in a couple times because the earring wouldn’t go in

Oh I did myself a earlobe piercing with a catheter and it went really smooth, supper easy took less than 2 minutes. Would recommend 10/10

Hey girly! if you do this again, try going in with the needle at an angle. you also don’t have to use a lighter with sterile needles, and make sure to actually put the ink in something sterilized, they sell little caps on amazon. and maybe a better ink, i got mine on amazon i think it’s called bloodline or something like that. i have a lot of experience so no hate here, just trying to help out! x

KVKINA the needles come sterilized, there's no reason to heat it with a lighter 😂that right there shows you might have experience but not proper experience lol. The needles are made to fit into a machine that's why it looks bad. You should always wear gloves & never ever dip your skin soaked needle into your bottle of ink. Like wow!!!! Horrible. I suggest stop this & pay a pro.

quick tip, if you go in at 45degree angle and kinda ‘push flick’ the needle in, it will work and show better :) i’m no expert but it worked better for me

That should take between 30 seconds to 15 min, depending on how good you are and if you know how deep to go. If you couldn't feel it then you didn't go deep enough
I gave myself a tatoo at 13, but all I used was a needle, eyeliner and some kind of medicine alcohol. 1 year later it's still on my arm, and did not get infected, I'm proud :))

If you’re going to do this use cling wrap instead of bandages
Also use green soap not any alcohol. You'll literally give yourself an infection due to drying your skin out. And use an ointment like A+D for 3 days and follow up with Lubriderm unscented til the tattoo is fully healed. Antibacterial oinments have damaging effect on tattoos. Also you CAN do a dry geal ans let your body do it'sown thing. Just use the lotion. This is coming from a heavily tattooed woman.

@@alyxengrae6462 instead of just stabbing the needle directly into the skin super straight (like a nail into a wall), try tilting the needle at an angle, and pushing the needle in at that same angle. It helps deposit more ink into the skin! No idea what a plucking pattern is, though. Might be a recommendation to move a bit quicker? And like, try doing the motion of plucking a bird with your fingers? I really don't know. I can definitely say from experience, the angle thing helps tremendously.
