Sgt. handled that PERFECTLY!!! Kudos to him and I would actually suggest calls to his department to commend him to his supervisors. Just as it's important to highlight the bad officers, it is equally important to highlight the officers who are professional and uphold the law right out of the gate.
Why do cops even waste their time trying to see if there's a policy or rule against recording? They should know what matters is the law, not a policy, yet these cops still think a rule or policy could trump the law. The Sargeant felt the need to waste taxpayer dollars and just "hang out" and, of course, they just can't help giving directives! Another great job Sean!

what i don't get is where do they publish notices to the public (hint you see them as Sean is walking into the building). These notices are information that they want to go out to the public (hence they post them in a public area, in a public building). The entire purpose is to disseminate that information.
I hope those that first cop was really watching his boss on this one. I was worried when he wanted to check the *policies* to see if a *law* had been broken so he could get LIA's ID.

It’s just nice to see one of them getting it right.

Not to mention Wrongful Prosecutions, possibly even deaths?

@Free-ish MBN6 No, he is really not amazing! He is barely doing the minimum of what he is paid for (he failed to address Frank for his threats!). Please stop keeping the bar that low, and start expecting the government to do what they are paid for. How low standard does a country have to be amazed for officials to be polite, respectful, and professional? So sad.
He gets a C because he thought policy trumps the constitution.
Perfect Audit Sean. Your delivery is flawless. I thought the Sergeant was very professional. Poor Frank, he doesn’t even know his supervisors name.
😄😄😄👍
012:SEAN IS AN ASSHOLE TYRANT CLOWN AND BIPOLAR BOY
I like how instead of backing down or giving up due to court and allegations brought against you, you keep coming like a lion after it's prey with no signs of ever backing down. Keep up the great and hard work ethic you've done for your people - our freedom. 👏🏻👍👍✊🏻
I called and talked to the probation office. The lady was very nice and said they were giving additional training to staff! 10/10
Sgt. handled that PERFECTLY!!! Kudos to him and I would actually suggest calls to his department to commend him to his supervisors.
Just as it's important to highlight the bad officers, it is equally important to highlight the officers who are professional and uphold the law right out of the gate.
Tyrants behaving like tyrants.
5570:SEAN IS MENTALLY RETARDED AND A SHOW OFF.PATHETIC
That sergeant was a star!! ⭐️ It’s sooo rare to see these professionals standing by Sean and ppls rights!! 👍👍 I guess he experienced this before!
A+ job by the Sergeant. His attitude was professional and fair to all sides.
The cops don't mind wasting time. They are being paid to be 'on duty'.
Oh they willl ALWAYS try to copsplain.... It's like they're hard coded or something. It doesn't matter how badly they get dismissed or how stupid their argument is, they have to "make sure you know" all of the stuff that they have no reason to believe you don't already know lol.
It took all of Sean's patience to listen to that copsplaining... Normally he'd walk away as soon as they start that bull.
That Sargent was awesome. He cut straight through all the non-sense and feelings and went straight to the point. It was great to see.
Great work sergeant!! Definitely get an “A” !
If you really think about it, it's amazing how easily Sean is able to make these videos. This day and age people should know the rules and/or laws about PUBLIC buildings. Yet these tyrants take things to an extreme right away. This is a great video Sean. Keep doing what you do. All the best.
what i don't get is where do they publish notices to the public (hint you see them as Sean is walking into the building). These notices are information that they want to go out to the public (hence they post them in a public area, in a public building). The entire purpose is to disseminate that information.
@@partyharty23---- which Sean does that on UA-cam, don't you watch his videos? As far as know a lot of the public watches UA-cam!
Dudes the goat! Others can’t even compare with the quality of the audits and the whole interaction
But the cops are improving, not all but there is progress.
Always polite. Always contained. Always correct.
Sean really is the best auditor in the game.
There are others
@@Peter-td3yk anyone you’d recommend?
Heathen:SEAN IS AN ASSHOLE
I love how they admit as soon as they walk in "we don't know if your committing a crime."
Absolutely unreal how these people act. What a disgrace to humanity.
2755:FROM FBI YOU ARE UNDER ARREST
that sgt was great. hes apparently well aware of what is and isnt ok and handled it beautifully
The Sargeant was well informed, friendly, and CALM. Shout-out to him for doing this so perfectly.
That sgt is amazing! He really earned the respect as SGT. Good job Sir!
I hope those that first cop was really watching his boss on this one. I was worried when he wanted to check the *policies* to see if a *law* had been broken so he could get LIA's ID.
I like how the Sargeant came in speaking directly.
Calls police "There's a gentleman walking around recording with his phone"
It still blows my mind that dispatch doesn't just laugh and hang up every time someone does this lmao
When will Cops actually do the right thing and inform these out of line public employees that a citizen has rights and is doing nothing wrong? Also warn them about their behaviour and verbal threats? This is what's wrong in our society, law abiding citizens are treated like trash by these self important fools and it needs to change!
Now you know what a police state looks like.
Perhaps Frank's supervisor should actually introduce himself to Frank and inform him of his job duties and donties.
Sergeant had a perfect attitude. That "what about it?" response. He's informed and educated and let's Frank know that there's nothing suspicious about the behavior.
I still can’t understand how you can make that call to 911 with a straight face lol “ Hi emergency services, I need police with firearms because there is a person recording with a phone” 😂😂😂
Sergeant seems very knowledgeable and automatically that commands respect, much appreciated
Big fat F for Frank and probation officers fantastic job for the sergeant did his job professionally thank you
Everyone should call this department give a big shout out to this Sargent. Absolutely FANTASTIC public servant. Bravo good sir.
They are scared that thousands of people will see that they do little to nothing for a paycheck.
Sergeant of the year!! It's nice to see that some government officials are finally getting it. Thanks to the hard work from Long Island audit... thank you 🇺🇸
Sergeant is subscriber of LIA that only explanation IMO :P
What a Sergeant! It’s so satisfying to see a supervisor understand the situation and recognize what’s legal and not. It genuinely does seem nowadays that police, especially supervisors, fail to understand basic civil rights, and decide that the best course of action is to silence the “abnormal”, or “weirdos” in order for them to maintain their own diluted version of “peace”. It’s just nice to see one of them getting it right.
so refreshing and reassuring to us citizens just like they talked about many ppl want all govt officials etc held accountable... what was amazing to me was not knowing who that 3rd officer was as he came in you almost expect it to just be another basic cop so wow they got 3 cops here for pics and video lol... but nooooo SGT came in and educated and was shocked at the securtity for saying break his phone... what needs to be done imo was after they talked with everyone they need to make those employees come all into the lobby and stand there sure they cant make them apologize but i doubt they would anyway but they need to make them stand there while either sean or the SGT educates them all... its the shame and emarassment that will make them realize their mistakes and hopefully learn from it and teach other employees too instead of telling them how this crazy guy came in and the cops sided with him... that makes the other employees feel like they are "helpless" and the next guy that tries this will have same reaction from them... having it happen together that group shame is powerful and the security guard and employees shouldve been told you need to come here and listen to me the SGT... wether they did is up to them but its kinda hard to be on cops side by calling them like your buddies or at least htinking that beforehand and then having them take the other guys side they shouldnt get to just hide away from that... that needs to be addressed and savored not just for sean but us too, wether we audit or just encounter ppl like this, these videos have taught me so much in how to deescalate situations w police and govt as well as not backing down or giving in to demands like give me ID.
Absolutely!
Well done Sargent 👏
The sergeant was great too
Sean The things I like about you are you always keep your cool, your respectful and your articulate. Keep up the good work!
As a former probation officer I am embarrassed by these P.O. behaviors.
At least you admit to your short comings.
Why would you be embarrassed for the actions of these pieces of uneducated shit?
So you belong in prison for life too.
@@harrywinslow3946 What short comings did he admit to? Because he was a P.O.? I am embarrassed by trolls on UA-cam even though I am not a former Probation Officer.
@@johnross8614 He ruined peoples' lives. 'nuff said.
Good Lordy Frank needs to check himself. I absolutely love that he told announced to the operator that he was going to break your phone. Calling about a “crime” while being the actual offender.
Major props to the Sgt. coming in and immediately making it clear that you were well within your rights.
Thanks for all you do 💚
Operator should have said "let him" and hang up.
He just needs to check out period and retire before he gets his employer sued.
Break his phone? Gimme a break haha
Your demeanor is second to none Shawn…I love the way you handle yourself in situations that would make most people feel very uneasy.
Get his name right
Grade A police department. Very refreshing to see such educated and calm people.
HOLY SHIT This SGT is WELL EDUCATED. a SGT who takes his job seriously. he is a LT. material.
It's taken me a while, but I finally figured it out why they don't want to be recorded. They don't want to give away their trade secrets of them not actually doing work and getting free tax dollars to pay them.
Sean you are doing such a great thing. Also, the Sargent was really great handling that with the security guard.
Taking back our Freedom one audit at a time. Great job and much respect sir.
I hope this sergeant sees this comment. WELL DONE SIR We all applaud you and wish more sergeants and officers were as knowledgeable as you.
So nobody’s gonna point out his name is Frank Gallagher 😂 that’s awesome, That Sargent deserves a raise he was straight to the point and seemed like a cool dude props to him and props to you as always 🇺🇸
I literally just got to that part and thought, this guy is shameless just like his namesake. Lol
Just commented on that😂. If you get a chance watch the English version of Shameless.,it's brilliant!!!!
"Your not going to do any of that, not at all." I can't stop watching these videos.
Clicked on the video soon as I seen notification keep up the great work Sean keep standing up to tyranny we support you all the way!!!
Tales:YOU ARE A SICK MAN
It should be mandatory for ALL public servants to have to watch your channel on a regular basis for training.
JD- since shortly after I first discovered 1A/copwatch channels, I’ve said the same.
If I was on a city council or a police chief, I’d make up a compilation video- say 10 different videos by different auditors with both positive and negative results. Make each staff watch it and then quiz the staff about what laws were broken VS which rights were violated.
Just think how much lawsuit money could be saved? Not to mention Wrongful Prosecutions, possibly even deaths?
Thanks for what you do ❤ we need more people like you 😊
Really nice to see and hear a Sargent immediately put the security guard in his place
Bro this dude harasses people lmao
Thank you Sgt. for your professionalism and demeanour. Respect to you sir! Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦!
