    Terrence Howard REAL QUOTE:
It's like when I'm right, I'm right. When I'm wrong, I coulda been right, so I'm still right, cuz I coulda been wrong, You know? - and I'm sorry cuz I could be wrong right now. I COULD BE wrong, but I'M RIGHT--
Get Rich or Die Tryin' with 50 Cent (Marcus), and the hothead Terrence Howard (Bama)
Bama: - the mfka keep fidgetting in your car. You shoot first and you ask questions later.
    Marcus: Shoot!?!
Bama: You shoot first and you ask questions later.
    Marcus: You just met him!
Bama: He fidgeting man! l'm right about him. l'm always right. It's like when l'm right, I'm right and when I'm wrong, I coulda been right, so l'm still right cuz I coulda been wrong.
Marcus: That makes sense.. Come on... say that again.
Bama: It's like when I'm right, I'm right. When I'm wrong, I coulda been right, so I'm still right, cuz I coulda been wrong, You know? - and I'm sorry cuz I could be wrong right now. I COULD BE wrong, but I'M RIGHT--
My favorite scene in the film. It's when Bama was driving Marcus and his homie that Bama just met. Dudes in the backseat, making Bama Hella uncomfortable by 'fidgeting' too much. Based on how Bama and Marcus were introduced in prison showers, it's clear he was just on-edge all the time and why he was in charge of 50s security aka bodyguard. Dude saved 50s life when he was greenlit and a group of dudes attempt to stab him in prison showers. No way he would've survived that solo, so that's how they met.
Ladies and gents this quote laid the groundwork to this episode of JRE. Why did he all of a sudden come under spotlight? He had a speech about this very topic at Oxford Union back in December 2017, trying to get students interested in his theory to further research what he already put together and in April 2024 there was a repost of parts of that Oxford speech which went viral.

Piscean energy during Saturn in Pisces with Neptune in Aquarius causes personal grandeur based egocentric behavior exactly like this- I’m going to rebuild the periodic table very easily & soon everyone will thank me later.
The linchpin portion was as hilarious as when I ate too many shrooms one time- I was totally sure I could show everyone how if I just let em see the insides of my eyelids- they’d see the cool colors I could change the firework display happening in my mind. I’d be like watch this: and close my eyes & say “See? See how the colors change?”

    • @Dee-no3sn
      @Dee-no3sn 21 день тому +3

What are you talking about? I remember that time. No one wanted to work with RDJ back then because he was a drug addict constantly getting arrested and in and out of rehab. Terrance was a big star back then in both black and mainstream films. Terrance was casted before RDJ with an 8 million dollar contract per movie for three films. RDJ wanted to play Tony Stark. Marvel was reluctant and on the verge of bankruptcy and didn't want to take a risk on RDJ. Clive Davis made sense as a safe choice because he was a big box office draw back in the early 2000s like movie star twin Gerald Butler. Terrance convinced Marvel to take a chance on Robert and used his clout to get him the role. No one expected Iron Man to be as successful as it was breaking bank at the box office. When it was time to renew, RDJ wanted to be the highest paid star since he was the star of the movie. To do so, they gutted Terrance Howard paycheck from the agreed upon $8 million from the first film to $1 million to return in the mediocre in my opinion second film as a take it or leave it deal. Terrance asked Howard to use his clout to help him with the pay salary and RDJ refused to. So Terrance walked away or was fired and replaced with Don Cheadle who took the 1 million dollar deal like Katt Williams/Kevin Hart situation without the humor. Terrance knows his worth and doesn't settle for less simply because he's a black man working in a white/Jewish ran world. He actually still has this thing called morals and integrity and is not afraid to call out things that cost his acting gigs like his Iron Man paycut from $8 million dollars to $1 million, Empire being the highest rated show on TV which the black cast getting paid less than the white/Jewish cast of Big Bang Theory, refusing to take the jab, or calling out the esmasculation of onscreen male roles in Hollywood. He's a real one not afraid to speak his mind.
I'm not a genius so I can validate scientific beliefs but I know enough about history that many men of science who were laughed at by their peers and labelled as crazy usually turn out to be correct in the long run. So I'll remain open minded.
I loved Tony and Rhodey' chemistry in the first movie and thought Howard was the better Rhodey. I didn' feel that same chemistry with Don & Robert in the subsequent movies. He was one of my least favorite characters, never found his jokes funny, and could care less he almost died in Civil War. Chris Evans/Anthony Mackie, and Sebsatian Stan had better chemistry. Cheadle is a great actor but Terrance was the better Rhodey in my opinion. Sorry he missed out on that Marvel money, but glad he's not apart of these garbage movie to fillful his multiple film appearances contract obiligation. Hence, Cheadle's horrible role in Secret Wars. It's a blessing in disguise things worked out the way they did.

@Dee-no3sn there is now way they signed him to a 3 movie, 8 million dollar deal. They were broke at the time. Also, if it was a contract, then he would have been entitled to his pay even with a re-cast.
He's a liar and a narcissist. Evidence? He stole the "in the womb" story from a 1989 movie called "Look who's talking".
Terrence is that friend who steals and embellishes stories. He's just not self aware enough to pick up the social cues like people rolling their eyes. He tells.these stories and thinks "man, they really think I'm cool now".
The way he talks about Oprah winfrey, the remarks about sex and spiritual connections is very cult leader-ish.
Dude did an interview on the breakfast club a few years ago. Sat with his hands on the table like a supervillain the whole time. Palms off he table, just the tips touching, out in front like he was playing a piano.
