CLEAT Minute (Extended): San Marcos Officers Justin Mueller & Franco Stewart

🔵 On April 18th, CLEAT responded to an OIS in San Marcos, Texas.
Three months later, CLEAT Public Affairs had the opportunity to meet with two of the officers who were involved that day.
⚫️ Officers Mueller and Stewart were able to share some of the thoughts that went through their minds after the incident.
