ONE Great Way to Find Design Inspiration | Graphic Designer visits New Orleans

One great way to get design inspiration is to get away from our desks and go on a walk.
As a graphic designer, it's so easy to get design burnout. We have to constantly come up with new and innovative designs, which can be exhausting.
One of the ways I combat this is to go on creative walks to recharge. In NYC, I explore different neighborhoods, but every now and then, I get to explore a different city. Seeing new things opens up my mind and inspires my graphic design work.
New Orleans is one of my favorite places. It's rich in art, culture, and history. New Orleanians are so open and want to introduce you to their culture and food. I recently got to explore the New Orleans neighborhood of Bywater, and while there is a ton of public art (murals, etc), I was blown away by how the architecture and history gave me some fresh graphic design ideas.
