1. Bribery or Extortion
Accepting money in exchange for allowing someone to avoid legal consequences could be classified as bribery (O.C.G.A. § 16-10-2) if the money was solicited or offered in connection with an official duty.
If the officer coerced or implied the need for payment, this could also fall under extortion (O.C.G.A. § 16-8-16).
2. Misuse of Authority
Law enforcement officers are obligated to follow proper procedures when handling individuals with active warrants or probation violations. Failing to arrest someone based on personal discretion-especially in exchange for money-could be considered a violation of their oath of office (O.C.G.A. § 16-10-1).
3. Potential Embezzlement or Fraud
Using the money to obtain a money order in a personal or unauthorized manner could constitute misappropriation of funds or theft by conversion (O.C.G.A. § 16-8-4).
4. Violation of Probation Procedures
Probation terms and violations are under the jurisdiction of the court and probation officers, not law enforcement chiefs. By bypassing due process, the chief potentially violated state probation laws and procedures.
5. Federal Civil Rights Violations
If the action was coercive or deprived the individual of their rights, it could also violate 18 U.S.C. § 242, which prohibits deprivation of rights under color of law.

Criminals quitting their jobs instead of being fired & thrown in jail.
The system is well & truly f@*ked!!!!🤬😡🤬😡
Because THEY said so and the people do nothing.
End qualified immunity and hold these tyrants personally accountable!
Good luck with that. The Rich have set up a system for their benefit and "We the People" are so misguided, fearful and not unified enough, that we have become victims to those we pay to keep us Protected and Safe. Qualified Immunity is not going anywhere. Given a traffic citation for weed, while running. Good grief. Guilty until further guilt can be established. Fit the description by license number. That's new. In the annuals of history, right before a nation collapses into the dust from which it came, the totally insane are elected and put in control. "It was a nice run, too bad it's over."
Qualified Immunity protects Officers making decisions that they believe is right in that moment. Police work isn't as cut and dry as idiots think it is. If an officer does something that they know/should know is wrong, they aren't covered by qualified immunity. Clearly, you don't know what its actually for.
@@sauer800bootlicker or cop we know you’re one.
@@sauer800 there is a rule in programming- “a system is for what it does”. Some good examples of this principle are the apps that are dressed up as games, but need to access all the information on your device for some reason. That reason is that those apps aren’t games- they’re information gathering software that happens to use a game as bait to entice people into downloading the software.
The same principle can be applied to qualified immunity. You can call people idiots and make assertions about “what (immunity) is actually for”, but what does it do? How is it actually applied? The fact of the matter is, immunity is argued and granted in situations where it shouldn’t be all the time. It is, in practice and in fact, used to protect actions that are well outside the scope of “split second decisions” or “honest mistakes”. As a system, qualified immunity DOES protect willful bad actors and the corrupt. A system is FOR what it DOES.
@ blah blah blah…a judge or jury made decisions I don’t agree with. Blah blah blah. I had to decipher what you typed for those scoring at home.
That's the same Chief who refused to lock up his friend for domestic violence, when he busted his daughters car window. Then Chief fired another cop, who WANTED to arrest the father & refused to take part of being part of their report.
Ridiculous that a good cop got fired because he wouldn't go along with the criminals
@Average_American0 I know, I was mad!
@@Cantconvinceanidiotlikeyou Luckily I read that the officer who tried to do the right thing landed a job in Crime Scenes or some step above the regular beat that he was doing when he was punished by the Chief.
If I stole from a cash register i worked at, quitting wouldn't clear my charges
Cops can because THEY said so and the people do nothing.
Right ?!?!
And another thing... when the citizens start taking back our streets, I don't want to hear sh*t about it! We are fed up! Either hire law-abiding officers that understand and actually defend our rights or don't hire anyone at all. End the qualified immunity NOW. We are tired of paying for their mistakes day in and day out.
This cop should be charged for harassing people just for standing outside
Who is going to arrest him? Me, you, who? And that is the problem. We seek others to do that, we should be doing. But it's easy to complain about Dak and the Cowboys while sitting in a Barco lounger enjoying a chilled Bud Light and Nachos. 🙂
People walk away from you because they don't want to be jacked up by tyrants.
Exactly. I am a law abiding white male and I avoid cops . I had one come speeding up to me on my lawn and ask "why are you watching me". A very paranoid and scary cop.
I swear they make themselves look bad and nobody can make them look worse than they already are.
They need jail time !!
If you can go to jail for possession of marijuana, you are not living in the LAND of the FREE.
The Land of the Fee uses portraits of slavers as US National currency.
The fl governor said that ZERO people are locked up for Marijuana and millions of Floridians believed him and voted against legalizing it.
People go to jail for nothing and everything is illegal. Clearly the "Land of the free" ish is bs. Sounds good tho, huh?
Unless it's Crack and your name is biden.
@jasondavis1949 if it got Legalized it would be under government control. In other words, you can't grow your own . Some people can get permits to grow. If it's legalized, only the government's going to be able to grow
They did all of this on bodycam. They know they can do whatever they want. The worst thing that would happen to thrm is they would have to resign. Then they go to the department a town over. There has to be real repercussions to happen or this will never end.
Chile, men rile the world .They all hv dirt, sp of courae they get hired 1 town ovr or neighboring state
I must have missed it when someone told the cop he could enter the home.
The kid said he could go in and look. Dumb on his part
Not the first time when he entered the curtalige of the home
that was ...wow
They love to harass the ones that don’t know their right, they call “them low handing fruit” aka homeless and low income areas.
@@elbertmoore7876he was already illegally inside the curtilage of the house without a warrant nor exigent circumstance.
“!MY BRAIN AINT WORKIN’”
😂🤣😂🤪🤪🤪🤪😂😂
PERFECT! These are the ones arresting U.S folks! 🤯
🚨Active police criminality in progress 🚨
Cops collecting "fines" at a scene to allow a suspect to go free? _What could possibly be wrong about that?! ?!_ 😳
This cop learned this from judges and mayors
Fruit of the poisonous tree.
Dude should never let cops in the house, in fact don't even answer the door. The other dude should learn to keep his mouth shut. Cop's dirty asf
Young guy didn’t know any better and fears these punk PIGS!
@vic13138 Agree, but i didnt know rhis at his age either. It'a shame not taught in school
He's allowed to duck out they didn't have any reason to grab him because he has a bag that gives them a right 😂
😂
It's gotten so bad that states have had to issue reminders to every police department that avoiding a cop does not constitute reasonable suspicion. Guess Georgia didn't get the memo.
Thanks
Thank you 🙏 ❤️
Why hasnt he been arrested yet? He broke the law he needs to be charged and do double the time. After all he was the chief! Ignorance of the law is no excuse. That is what we are told!
“To spend more time with the family”😂😂😂😂
They're planning their escape right now
Where is the real punishment for the Gest@po Gang Member in blue!?
Take the papers so they can't go to a different department
The police union shuffles them around like the Bishop in Boston,
with the pedo priests!🤬
I DIDN'T KNOW WEARING A PURSE WAS A CRIME. I CAN'T FIND THAT ANYWHERE IN THE LAW IN ALL 50 STATES. I STILL CAN'T FIND WHERE SUSPICION IS A CRIME. IN ALL 50 STATES
If I didn’t know better and I do, this is strong. Armed robbery.
People need some practice on the 5th amendment...remaining silent is your right and if you remain silent they have nothing to hold against you.
It needs to be taught in school along with all the other rights and how to interact with public officials...but we all know WHY they wouldn't want that
Are we really free if we can't urinate in the shower without a strike team breaking in?
If your not in a BLK neighborhood then you can buy in our neighborhoods you can barely breathe without them saying suspicious 🤷🏽♂️😮💨😮💨
I know a lot of people who think that you belong in a mental asylum if you urinate in the shower but I don't think any one of them would actually arrest you for doing it
This is not pro actice policing. This is harassing poor people who live how they live. Leave them alone. Go clock out uour not needed today. Both of you. "Im gonna go head and charge him with the marijuuuuuna" this is disgusting.
Preach
They had no reasonable suspicion to even talk to him
In this day and age
Suspicious person
Match the description
Walking while black
Skin colour can be looked upon as a weapon by these criminal institutions as well.
He should have locked the door immediately after closing it!
DIRTY COP BROWN, we know you could care less what the public thinks of you or your coworkers. Don’t know what you were trying to pull with that.
The behavior from the DIRTY COP is disgusting to watch, it’s none of that pigs business where dude walks, for the cop with him to go along with the illegal behavior is just as DIRTY.
This police force is one of the most corrupt ones I have seen!!
Take a peak at Arizona. You might say different.
Paying a fine on the side of the road? Never heard of that unethical BS
Taking that money is inappropriate on so many levels.
The mother screaming on the son gets under my skin. She has no idea he did nothing wrong. The officer made contact with him illegally. Instead of screaming, if she asked a few questions, she would be able to see what happened. If she simply educated herself on the law in her community
Education of the law should be taught in public schools and absolutely in private schools.
I think it speaks more to the suspect's behavior/choices/lifestyle. She automatically assumed he did wrong due to his lengthy criminal record... Bad cops don't make bad suspects good.
Thank you for reporting
They all just got re-hired in a different county.
Omg
How
One of them did until they were sent his prior record, 5 resignations and a termination from multiple departments. A career record like that makes that cop a walking liability one step away from a lawsuit against the county.
By the 10 min mark there have been many civil rights Trampling
Since when can cops put you in handcuffs, just to talk to you! If he was hiding, he wouldn't have kept his nugget!
These idiots get abused by the police because they let the police do this to them. This is what stupid gets you
When did the first Slave ships arrive? Answer that and you will have your answer.
This is so wrong - no paperwork no proof .
Oh what a horrible criminal! Driving on a learners permit and given probation? Positively deplorable! FTP
So corrupt!!!!
Resigned four times, doesn’t seem like good standing to me, even Stevie Wonder can see that’s not good standing.
Riddle of the day : How many corrupt cops does it take to write a citation ? In Wrens the whole department.🤣🤣🤣.
I want to see the video of them being prosecuted and sent to prison!! The FBI needs to investigate this whole department. WOW
We know that u cops profile the young black men. Over turn Terry V Ohio 😮
You spelled “everyone” wrong!
@@JoeMama-y6t No. They just failed to add "mostly".
Every pignorant on scene is a traitor n 😤 an oath breaker!!! Criminals w tin badges n
Why a licence check if he is on foot apart from this being a completely illegal search & seizure.
Next time I get in trouble with the law. Going to say it's ok I'll just go away.
Or say here's some cash I want to spend time with my family ,
😮 They'll just move to another Department 🤮🤬👿
Cops ain't that bright are they .
Omg! "Security check!?
Naw, more like " Shake down!
I don’t believe they’re trying to cover up their mistakes!! I think they’ve been trained to do exactly what they’re doing!!
Anything better than when criminals get exposed by their own body cams? Not that anyone should expect accountability for the criminals, even after witnessing the audio and video evidence of the crimes being committed.
Iam all for preventing crime but this is crazy profiling
He got to go to jail because he was standing there ...Please
He got to go to jail because none of those people understood their rights, These are the kind of people that make cops think they can get away with this shit These kind of people are the problem, They're morons for allowing this
That Picasso like face on that lady was freaking me out.
Now you all know why Georgia cops can be corrupt ,, well just take a look at their hourly salaries ? Heck i know some security guards making a minimum of 25hr ! On the other hand , im just a truck driver and im making an 32hr , and i don't even have to put my life on the line for it ! KIDDING ME ? I make more than the police chief ! REALLY ?
Wrens is a "good ole boy" town and it's crap. They all need to be replaced with professionals
Hello World!!
Absolutly FFFFING DISGUSTING!!
this is SO bad
I don't understand someone letting a policeman, a perfect racist stranger, into their home without a reason. No questions asked, no laws uttered, no lawful commands. I wish folks would STFU around cops, especially young Black males.
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
I had been asking around who their boss is, if anyone at all. So when they get away with all the bs they do, it's the city administrator who's allowing it?
In California if you run from the cops they can’t deem that suspicious to detain someone.
Oh yeah? that’s stupid
@ was I wrong?

My thoughts on police conduct.
(and others in authority)
Law Enforcement Oath of Honor
On my honor, I will never betray my badge, my integrity, my character or the public trust.
I will always have the courage to hold
myself and others accountable for our actions.
I will always uphold the constitution, my community, and the agency I serve. (May vary)
Let's hold them to it..
1: Police should be licensed nationally whether they are employed by local, county or state or federal. the license criteria must include basic rights and conduct knowledge with race and disability training and possibly testing with a minimum IQ with a more stringent psychological testing.
All officers should be re-certified in basic rights and conduct knowledge with race and disability training every 2 years.
2: Police should be REQUIRED to carry $5,000,000 conduct liability insurance with a minimum personal deductible of $5000 (premium paid by the individual officer). if any award is higher than the $5,000,000 then and only then is the city/county or state liable for the balance thereby stopping some of the burden of the taxpayers. (Perhaps similar to most Drs' carrying malpractice or liability insurance)
3. When an officer, for whatever reason, is placed on paid administrative leave the pay should be placed in an escrow type of fund until such time they are cleared and they can access it OR used as partial deductible towards victim reparations. Further, if an officer resigns after an incident it should be considered legal grounds for a criminal investigation by an outside agency. All weapons should be confiscated until the matter is settled.
4: When police are found to go above a threshold of abuse or conduct 3 times or their conduct results in arrest of the officer 1 time or the conduct insurance is exhausted the federal license should be revoked permanently. Furthermore, if an authoritative figure quits or resigns immediately after an incident or during an investigation his/her license shall be revoked permanently. If the abuse is a crime, charges should be preferred.
5: All police conduct complaints should be investigated and reviewed externally by an independent organization (Not a private org nor funded for by each districts government) .
6: All officers should be required to carry body cams that record internally and broadcast to a secure place without an on/off switch which can simply be done by the camera automatically turn on when removed from a charger or similarly by leaving the cruiser and should not be at the discretion of the officer. In the event of bathroom breaks the camera can be turned off from a remote switch at the dispatch area at their station only and only for a 15 minute time limit. The recordings further should only be able to be seen and not erased unless done by an independent organization outside the jurisdiction and only:
A: After a completed court trial.
B: And only after all appeals are completed or appeal times have passed.
C: And only when the trial judge signs an order to erase.
The officer should be fined if the lens is covered or the audio muffled by covering the microphone or otherwise defeating the audio.
7: Any officer should submit to retraining of the offending incident payable by his/her own liability insurance with some percentage (10%?) paid by way of his liability insurance deductible.
8: If an officer or officers report purposely or knowingly cause someone prison or jail time on false information should serve at least the amount of time that the innocent victim did or fine he/she paid over and above the officers sentence.
9: Any officer or agent who condones or allows to continue or hides knowledge of any officers conduct should be held to the same standard as the offending person over and above any sentence for his/her crime
10: The concept of Qualified Immunity should be abolished or limited in scope as a means of escape of any and all officers from personal civil prosecution.
11: Civil Asset Forfeiture should NEVER be committed without proof of guilt in a criminal court trial.
12: An Alford Plea should NOT be accepted in the courts by any person of authority for the purpose of avoiding any level of sentence.
Opinion: Any good LEO that knowingly allows another LEO to commit a crime against another is no longer a good LEO.
Written and developed by myself starting in 2017.
This is like watching police in a third world country. You aren’t getting through the road block without a bribe
The only reason they “resign” Is so they can go to the next town over next week and start work with the same corruption
Why are we letting random humans do this because of their outfit and accessories? Mind blowing.
5 resignations for ONE PIG????
Wow!
Something’s up with that PIG!
Thank God for the Shields Of Shame channel and all of the hard work and service that goes into showing and exposing We The People these shameful men and women. It is absolutely astonishing how incredibly ignorant these officers are.
It’s called kidnapping
👍👏 is there any accountably....🙉🙈🙊
A Seargeant makes about 50c more an Hour than a Regular Officer! No wonder they aren't Getting the Best & the Brightest!
more clowns than a circus in this department 🤡
I did not know it was a crime to walk with your head down. I learn something new every day on UA-cam.
Walking with his head down?... Suspicious!
Doesn't want to talk to us?... Suspicious!
Has a bag?.... Suspicious!
That skin looks too dark..... "Suspicious!"
Oath breaking morons with badges. This is proof the Academy is a half ass class at best.
Very disturbing.
How many shootings and beatings did the Police commit in America this week?
"Right now we are looking like complete idiots"....the cop says. You are looking like idiots because you are idiots!
Do they think anything about rights violations and suspicious person isnt shit.
I get so mad i cant stand it.
Regular folk know more about how to police than they do.
Not confirming a warrant is just crazy.
This is pathetic for a nugget of smoke.
And georgia will never make smoke legal, they think locking up smokers is fun, they dont realize that the state will profit more from sales than that ever will.
They've passed medical. For $300 every two years, my Dr doesn't have to fire me as a patient when I do my urine screening. He's pain management and addiction medicine, he's told me pot isn't something he's worried about but the Feds going after his license is 😕
Grande servizio giornalistico.Grazie.
People keep allowing them to get away with treating them like this all it takes is a few that fight back and win
Next time I get pulled over I will tell them I want to resign so l can avoid jail and any responsibility
The corruption is out of there yay 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 the trash is gone 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Let us never forget the Doofus cop who had a heart attack trying to detain a kid who the thought was trying to avoid him. Kid was on the phone with his mom, probably not giving Doofus a second thought.
They got me filed from my job! This means so much. Karma is a snitch
We just wanted a consensual conversation
Even though you legally don’t HAVE TO talk to us 🤡
Folks are still letting government agents onto their property let alone into their houses? Why, just why?
You'd be running like a scared little girl if you couldn't hide behind that badge and gun !
More government incompetency, can't even keep the records straight, sometimes people have to pay 3 times.
The detainment was unlawful but the search was not. He admitted to having weed on him which gave the police probable cause to search him. I still think a judge would side with the cops on this one because they would say a reasonable person would think it's ok to detain someone who runs from the police even though it's not illegal.
These cops are POS but a lot of these young cats are just plane clueless. Who keeps weed on them in a purse 👛 when you had ample time to get rid of it, and plead the 5th and shut the "HELL" up. You answering questions is building probable cause against you. If your going to do criminal things at least know what laws may work against you/ in your favor. Terrible
All about the benjamins
I bet they would’ve 100% found a weapon in the bathroom
Walking while black? WTF?
This is a blue line gang shake down.
Malcolm X is hanging his head in shame. Teach each other. Educate yourselfs on your rights. Dont let this b.s slide. Report, file complaints n sue every damn time. 🙄
