As someone who has hiked these trails and spent many days in and around Graveyard Fields, I just want to remind anyone watching this and planning a trip there that this is a wild, rough and potentially dangerous area. Though in these video shots you can see the creek and the road, the road is a long climb out and there are no medical services or any other services other than restrooms at the top. People have become lost, injured and in need of help while hiking unprepared. The trails can be confusing and you can easily go for a few miles in the wrong direction if you're not familiar with the area or you're not educated on the use ( and using) a map and compass. The water here, like all streams in the Southern App.'s looks clear and clean most of the year, but it's not safe to drink without at least filtering it. In general, IMHO this is not a place for beginners to stray away from the mail trail, or any of the mail waterfall areas. The good thing is that on any given day, there are usually other people there who can render help if you need it, but do be aware that this is not a "theme park" type of environment. "Who is this guy to say all this?" Well, this guy was lost in GYF and dehydrated and nearly died because of his stupidity in planning and his unprepared mindset for the possibility of spending a couple of nights in the woods without shelter, water or food. So, take my advice or leave it - up to you. It is a spectacular place, and a good place for family hikes, if you just use your common sense and don't try to take on more than you're capable of doing. God bless - oh, and great video. Almost too good. ;)

    John 3:16 Context
13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
