- Stewart Lee and Richard Herring reunite to perform together for the first time in nearly eight years. Recorded during "Tedstock" at The Bloomsbury Theatre, Monday 5th February 2007. Part one of two.
Its really satisfying to see Stuart Lee do material like this. Don't get me wrong, I like the self aware societal critique, but I also like silly as well.
Anyone else find it really satisfying watching Stewart laugh at Richard?
I love Lee and Herring.
There's some incredible magic here - that indefinable "X-factor" (sorry to use that expression now that it's been devalued beyond meaning) was so often evident even when they weren't trying. What a shame only us members of a secret fan club can appreciate it.

i dealt with sound by turning it up loud and covering the speakers with a cushion! maybe this audio could be EQ'd or normalized, to reduce the sibilance! thanks though, i didn't make it to the gig, i was very poor, as i am now, so i bought a pc and stayed at home.

I'm always glad there still mates, could of easily went there seperate ways and lost contact.
Yes, they could have easily went the way of that other famous 90s comedy duo, Robson & Jerome.
A lot has changed in the 10 years between Stewart and Richard since I left this comment. I doubt the Francie and Josie style reunion will happen now.
Thank you, thank you, i was annoyed to miss tedstock, but imagine my delight to find out that not only did someone video it, but that there was a lee and herring reunion. Brilliant!
