that Daihatsu Copen is probably the Copen GR Sport, which is a conjoined effort between Toyota's Gazoo Racing division and Daihatsu.
much like how the GT86 was a joined effort between Subaru and Toyota. and the new Supra was co-developed with BMW.
though, in this case it was an existing platform developed outside of Toyota that was then presented to the GR team.
so it's not just GR inspired or made to look like a GR car, that one probably IS a GR car.
Don’t forget that Toyota owns Daihatsu

No need to fear spark plug changes on a Subaru, specially a guy like you with mechanical ability. I’ve driven nothing but Subies since 2006, done my share of plug changing, it’s all about having the correct tools. The worse part about it is having to remove the battery on one side and air box on the other. I can change plugs on my GD’s in under an hour.

probably intake and exhaust, intakes sound really good on the older 1.6 non turbo swifts! check out r's racing parts,monster sport, tm square, suzuki works kurume, tryforce, greddy,hks and outside of japan ctc performance(UK). plenty of mods for them! she can start out stock and then grow the car into a beginner track car if she wants? there fun very underrated cars!

Toyota owns Daihatsu and I do believe that is a Chargespeed T1 kit but they added canards on the front bumper to that blue Z33.
So the daihatsu copen with the TRD stuff is actually a copen GR sport. It's was actually done by Gazoo racing which is why it sports the TRD and GR badges and look.
Imagine you go to up garage for the first time and find Sammit doing his ad in the aisle. It's like finding the abandoned S15

The blue fairlady is running the chargespeed T1 frontbumper and rearbumper. The skirts are new to me and give a c-west kinda vibe. Could be homemade. The wing is probably real. But I only know it as the not real one: JP Type A Rear Wing. Good luck on the search. 🤙🏻

Daihatsu is actually owned by Toyota (large percentage). That’s why you dont see much Toyota K-cars.. Because they have Daihatsu for their K-car division.

May wanting a Suzuki Swift Sport, I'm digging that and can't wait to see her rock a yellow manual one and modding it. Buy the car and have the dealership leave it out in the front, go through the motions of her driving it and make it seem like you're going to "steal" it by not bringing it back then surprise her with the paperwork all while this is being filmed having her think it's part of you filming for the channel (which you are).
First mods: wheels, seats with Yashio harnesses, and power mods like air intake, exhaust, and headers. If it has a turbo, definitely upgrade the turbo on it

The older Swift Sports are cheaper (1.6L N/A I-4) but the Sports are turbo'd ( 1.4L Turbo I-4).

Your Wife needs to get the older style Swift Sport, I have a white one 5 door. I had it from new and I love it. I'm looking to replace it and I would have the older style one in yellow from japan as that colour you can't get in the UK. What's for sale over here are high mileage and driven in the salt and rough looking. 2017 was the last year of that model. They are really good to drive, they say the older car is nicer to drive...more exciting

The Subaru spark plug thing is highly exaggerated. Remove the intake, battery, and secondary air pump if you got one. Pretty direct access after that.
