I took Jemma's advice and watched the whole interview. In this heavily edited clip, what you don't see is that the guys on either side of the one in the beige blouse are also talentless fools. They all three asked stupid, insulting questions. I can't imagine any other scenario except that they discussed ahead of time how much they didn't like their guest but they have to do their job and interview her anyway.

    • @ana-maria8350

Jemma Candy I watched the whole clip before seeing this video actually. Cara’s sarcastic answers were well-deserved, the interviewers were so condenscending towards her. I think they’ve started from the idea that, since she started as a model, there’s no way she’s actually serious about acting. That’s how they treated her, like the whole film she acted in was just some kind of joke for her.
I think she was actually really nice. I would’ve been much more straightforward about how stupid and insulting their questions were is I was in her place.

If I ever meet Samuel L Jackson I am going to ask him "So it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to do those high end stunts. Very respectable. So how hard did you have to train for the Matrix movies?" I would actually do this because it would be so much more fun and a better story than just getting an autograph and a picture. If he had a sense of humor and laughed then I still might. But I bet he'd open up more than he does for the usual crowd. Either that or storm off pissed, which would be more amazing. lol

Robert Downey JR'S past troubles have been well documented publicly and everyone knows about them so there is really no need to talk about them but what is amazing is how he turned his life and career around . He is a success story that rarely happens in Hollywood or even with regular people who go through the struggles of drug addiction

Marian Sometimes it's not what you know but who you know. You make it seem like that's a bad thing.
And to solely attribute Downey's success not only professionally but personally to Mel Gibson is a rather naive and ignorant thing to say. He helped a friend out which is admirable, but it was on Downey's shoulders as a recovering addict to stay on the straight and narrow and not give in to the demons that had controlled his past. Everyone needs help from others from time to time in their lives but it's on themselves to actually change their lives for the better and not revert to their old self-destructive ways.

It seems to be the best tactic since it seems passive enough that it disarms the opponent and may derail their train of thought, yet aggressive enough that you appear ready for a fight, even if that's the last thing on your mind. I don't have contact with interviewers, but when you bump into a gossip junkie, and that's usually at a very social or public situation (partys, waiting rooms at Dr. offices, in the check-out line!) I watched the interview with Eisenberg. He was being a little unprofessional but I don't blame him for being that way. In the full interview, Jesse was trying to show her a card trick and she said a smartass remark (something like "hurry that up") and Eisenberg got mad and she kept pushing his buttons. Don't blame him for getting annoyed and upset

    • @myswanktrendz

Magnus - so she 'deserved' to be treated so poorly? You probably think abused wives "had it coming" also. He's the so-called professional and needs to be accountable for his behaviour. Even if she said, hurry up, or what a shitty trick, he acted like a pouty child instead of diffusing the situation. I totally blame him for acting like a self-indulgent douche.

C Swank not what I said at all and my comment in no way shape or form say she desrved it. Im not justifying his behavior at all and he could have handled it properly and was acting unprofessional, but I don't blame him for getting annoyed. If you watch the full interview she was intentionally pissing him off. Telling a woman off because she's annoying you is totally different compared to a woman being abused physically. I never said she had it coming, but she was pissing him off and Eisenberg pissed her off right back. He could've handled it better but I don't blame him for getting a little rude

If family stories are anything to trust, my uncle, who passed in the early 90's, met Bruce Willis at a bar back in the 80's when Willis was filming an episode of Moonlighting. This was in Maryland, one state North of where we live. He actually partied with a pre-Die Hard Bruce Willis, and according to him, Willis was one of the coolest and nicest people he's ever met.

I was in a bad place a few years ago and honestly I feel terrible even talking about it and I understand what was with RDJ in that one. You just don't want to revisit those memories especially when a million people are watching you. Besides those were never the grounds of discussion in that interview. The purpose was the movie to be discussed, not his life.

"But why are you so sure there's no link between enjoying movie violence and enjoying real violence?" This interviewer is truly a bottom-feeding muckraker who's either disingenuous, stupid, or both. The onus to demonstrate causation from any form of perceived correlation is on the person making the positive claim - which in this case is Krishnan. Tarantino is philosophically under exactly zero obligation to answer such obvious bait. Oh...it's Channel 4 news...why am I not surprised...
