I also stopped supporting blizzard in any way. Major changes need to happen before im willing to support them again. Im going to try that 6v6 mode though, looks like I might be able to have some fun on moira again.
First of all I love your content, it’s great ! I think 6v6 is really great, more space, more balance really enjoying it. I hope you’ll never stop uploading you are so cool mate ✌🏼☺️
I played OW1 a bit but am primarily an OW2 player. Blows my mind how much better 6v6 feels. Yeah there's some adjustment, but across the board it feels so much more fun. All of the broken abilities (suzu, nade, lamp) feel so much less consequential when another player is involved. And the extra tank makes playing/synergizing tanks so much more fun than pick-and-win characters. I know there was some explanation of why 5v5 happened (normalizing game quality across ranks or something), but playing more 6v6 makes it more apparent they switched to 5v5 to justify the existence of OW2 and are now finally starting to cave to the player base. Crazy it's been almost 3 years.
I like 6vs6, some characters are playable again, I'm happy that I can finally feel like I'm doing something on Moira even if I'm passive, I like that wrecking ball (I hate him) is strong and can dive without penalizing too much his team, but I feel like some tanks are quite weak, like jq now that has 1x regen, feels like a squishy to me, or doom since he has little hps, maybe it's just me or I haven't played enough, but I would like to see some more adjustments, nice video as always, keep it up
Of course you are. It's not comp and players aren't under the burden of their own negativity. I've played several games now and fights last very long. Ana gets fat anti nade picks and not playing kiri is actively throwing. I chatted with players in every match and many said that "things actually die now" and they get proven wrong in every long lasting engagement. The only thing that matters is when actual tank players stop playing the mode after getting blamed for thowing for not picking meta heroes in 6v6 comp. This is just a meaningless and mindless fun mode that most players would have fun with like any other custom or arcade game. Marvel Rivals is also starting to get the same treatment with calls for role lock, nerfing meta picks, reworking heroes, and so on. Everything is fun when you're the one stomping, like arx is in this compilation. When players start losing multiple matches in a row fighting cheap metas, they'll start blaming the next convenient scapegoat.
@@AkshayKumarX I mean, I've been stomped in several games I've played (which is even more disgraceful in QP, mind you), yet I'm still having more fun. I fee like I have infinitely more freedom playing as Moira.
@@humesspoon3176 Yes, because it's mindless unranked fun. I'd be really happy if 6v6 turns out to be successful and queue times stay great. But the crux of the issue is that a you can try to satiate a toxic person by giving everything they want but as soon as they start feeling like things aren't going their way, they will throw that old temper tantrum and ruin the fun for others. You're not playing under the burden of 6v6 comp as a tank and your teammates are not flaming you for daring to play tank. You aren't getting "tank??" "gg tank throwing" for not picking zarya and bubbling your team like a servant after you decided to be generous and play tank because queue times were so long. When people lose a comp match for the 5th time in a row to meta picks, they'll quickly find another scapegoat. There is a reason you can't pick 6 winstons in a match. There is a reason that role queue was implemented. There is a reason that heroes got reworked or nerfed. The developers aren't some soulless monsters who set out to ruin the enjoyment of kids. I personally have a blast playing all roles in comp because I start out with a positive mentality every match, complimenting other players for good plays, having harmless emote fun, and so on. But people who have spent years moaning about this or that will never be satisfied because they are chasing that nostalgic escapism they felt exploring everything new in Overwatch with their friends and having a blast all around. And these bitter players simply do not accept that new Overawatch 2 players have the same enjoyable experience like they once did and still do when playing with the shiny new toy that is Marvel Rivals.
Begging Blizzard to make this the primary game mode. Even down here in Plat it makes non-supports realize if they want to win they have to use cover because there's an extra player who needs heals. Now I can actually play the game lol
Great vid as always. I tried 6v6 and I feel that tanks that was added in ow2 are way too strong. For example, Ram's kit was purely designed for 5v5. I think they should reduce the armour of his nemesis form
13:40 I cannot for the life of me figure out out why you decided to fade there and why it worked. I was so confident you would fade to the high ground right next to you.
they probably expected him to fade back towards his team, so he juked them. The reason none of them checked to see if he faded behind them is because they got distracted with the Phara and hog that pushed up. If you have an aggressive moira on your team, the best thing to do is to support them in their pushes. The less pressure on the moira, the more the damage the moira can do.
i feel bad for hanzo but not really ^-^ olso, new junk city is a horrible map in my opinion like no matter what i play i just get stuck on random crap and every time i think i know where a random spike, lamppost or trashcan that can block my path i find another one just waiting for me to get stuck and killed by the enemy its horrible map disighn, if y'all could see my face rn you'd laugh so hard just thinking of the map gives me ptsd and resting cringe face XD
I'm a little apprehensive to go back to 6v6. For some background/context, I'm a Moira-only "dad" player. Basically an old man, with glacial reflexes, who still loves the game, but if I was elected Emperor of the Universe I would slow the whole game down by 10%. Or 15. Okay, 20. I remember 6v6 as just feeling more chaotic with information (and sfx) overload. I welcomed the switch to 5v5, and loved having 2 less people on the battlefield to worry about. It really made the game more comprehensible for me, and I'm worried 6v6 will make things too hectic again. Not that it matters, as I've stopped playing OW altogether as of a week or 2 ago, with how utterly crap Moira is. The thing I've always hated most about the game, and it just became too much, is anti-nade... one character being able to so consistently win team-fight after team-fight with absolutely zero skill is just too infuriating. For me to come back they have to either give Moira a significant buff (or 2) without compensation nerfs, or *significantly* nerf anti-nade. Not just a half-second to cooldown or some other BS do-nothing tweak, but a significant change that will stop it from being 9000x better than every other ability in the game. What's wrong with it just being like 300% better than any other ability. Make it a 25% healing reduction. 100% is ridiculous. 50% would be ridiculous. Make it 25, or 20. It would STILL be the best ability in the game at 25%, but it wouldn't be SO tiltingly game-changing OP. Or leave it at 100% and make it her ult, not something you throw every 12 seconds. Notice in the 6v6 patch notes, Moira, as bad as she is, got absolutely nothing, while they actually BUFFED sleep AND nade. And the cooldown starts on throw, so it's basically 4 seconds on, 6 seconds off, repeat. 40% of the WHOLE GAME she can have a 100% healing debuff. How doesn't EVERYONE see how completely ridiculous that is? Not sure I could hate the Blizzard devs more than I do.

Been loving 6v6 personally. Haven't seen you have this much fun on Moira in a while!
The absolute CLOWNING on that Hanzo 😂
who would've thought characters that are designed in a 6v6 environment would feel better in a 6v6 environment
Feels nice not having one player dying/throwing in some way to determine a fight
6v6 is a w for me.
That Pharah SMACK at 29:34 was so satisfying
7:09 i just know this hanzo felt humiliated
6v6 needs to stay permanently, imo. It's just is so fun.
I loved it. 6vs6 feels more fun than 5vs5.

6:25 LMFAO POOR HANZO
5:56 this whole sequence was a blast to watch, what

i know that hanzo wasn't expecting that LOL
6:00 thats impressive
6v6 is a lot of fun, but i hope they revert the season 9 hp changes so we can kill people faster
Moira in 6v6 feels way better imo
I'm surprised to see how much you can get away with in 6v6. I've heard most people say you have to position more conservatively as Moira.
Can I see that fake fade in third person view. I couldn’t figure out what you did there
I'm interested to try out this mode
what do you mean, moira IS fun🥹
Support seems aweful to play in 6v6. Dps is way more managable.
Hanzo 😂😂😂😂
Why don't you support blizzard anymore?
