I think the main issue for most of these people that play kiri is their use of cleanse. they always use it early without a real purpose behind it and literally seconds later if they still had it they would have saved a teammate or even forced a wasted ult by the other team
Yup I suck at kiri myself, like 4 hours, wanted to play her more but she hasn’t felt quite right since season 9. Even I catch myself doing that, so if this player gets some more awareness they’ll have no problem climbing up to plat with such an inherently strong character, weeding out mistakes is all they really need and from there it’s just grinding mechanics and game sense to make good plays.
the comment of so used to juno ult he treated kiri ult the same is so real...been playing alot of hazard lately so i um. keep trying to wall climb on the other heroes who can't xl
13:20 As a Kiriko main playing Juno, I've done the opposite of that, I forget that her ultimate does go through walls. Literally threw a game once because I peeked a corner to use my ult instead of just sending it through cover.
15:08 They were playing that fight so well... and then when they were down three, including their tank, they pull that... I was really starting to question whether I was still watching a silver and that was quite the stark reminder lol
12:30 Ok whoah whoah whoah hold onto your horses there Emongg. This is great advice for some ranks but people, DO NOT DO THIS below diamond without vetting your tank first. It's going to be a major risk even then that your tank is going to go "Ok" and take like 1000 damage in under a second and fall over then say "heal diff". Only do this with tanks who have already demonstrated that they can take damage safely without feeding.
Without having watched the whole video yet, I can say that i'm sometimes that tank that falls over because my team is all the way back in Narnia in situations where maybe they shouldn't be. So, I play slower and safer to match my team, not playing as aggressive as I normally do. Then we are just pressing S all game, backing up, backing up, backing up...
I've kinda lost whatever Ram skills I used to have that way. I've noticed I play too passively and block bot all the time instead of looking for opportunities. Yes, that way I survive a lot, sometimes straight up refuse to die, but often times this will just result in my teammates dying one by one and me standing alone on the cart with 1,5k damage and 5k mitigation. Sometimes I genuinely want to play that super safe tank everybody dreams of, I'm tired of being flamed. But it definitely makes me worse as a tank player. Also, there is like a weird phenomenon with some people, they always do the opposite of what's needed. You pick a mobile tank - everybody watches you feed from ISS. You give up and give them their favorite stationary tank with a shield - they start scattering around the map and getting picked one by one. You contest the objective - they stand behind and play a chill practice range mode while the enemy dps are aggressively talking space. You die - they go in, feed and die instead of regrouping. And after all those shenanigans that's "tank diff" if you lose somehow.
@Iscoileachme lol I'm the opposite on Ram. I just RUN at the enemy team and hope I have an aggressive team that follows up. I bound the GO voiceline to my mouse when I play Ram (he's my main tank) and sometimes that helps. I also just only do QP on Ow2. I have not touched comp at all lol
Hello y’all I have a question: for context I saw a a video about dishonorable cheaters, I remember seeing cheaters in games that I played closet and loud, so the question is which kind of cheater would you rather deal with: a loud cheater that doesn’t give a *FACK* about what others think or a closet cheater?
This VOD shows essentially the crux of a lot of silver gameplay imo. Teammates who get a little too gung ho with getting kills, get out of position, then blame teammates for being “too scared”.
I feel like this player was listening to Emongg in the future 80% of the time
Eren moment
especially at 7:40 lol
thats a lot better aim than silver 5

This player said their aim was bad? For Silver 5 I'd say their aim is quite good.

Climbing to kill an ashe/widow feels so satisfying ngl.

How’d you twist his words that badly 😭
True
Hell nahh
This is the earliest I’ve been to an Emongg video-
Me too
Oh wow, I had a Hog blaming our team this week when he literally left us to chase a Mei and shoot her wall 🤦♀️
The DPS gap in this game was a chasm. You either go bap and try to kill the enemy dps, go moira and try to distract the enemy dps, or go next.

It's always best to try and get a duo and mic up until u get in higher ranks where u get teammates that rotate with you
@wswann34 I peaked in diamond in OW1 then I stopped trying and have not touched comp at all in ow2. It's just noticing trends in qp games

@@Gabytron comp is a nightmare when solo queue
To be fair that reaper at 11:30 didn’t really capitalize on them not seeing him there
5:26 don’t waste kiri suzu , no reason to suzu a fully HP beefy horse.
You know, just in case they catch a stray bullet.
Idk I love watching these videos when I don't even play OW anymore or have any want to.
Can change the kiri heal setting so you don't have to dump all papers before doing a different action.

New Emongg video to enjoy my breakfast with! ❤
Tank swapped to DVa against Zarya on SHAMBALI and they were complaining about the hero choices of other players? Insane lol

ALRIGHT SO!
Anybody else getting Deja Vu with this video?
Alright SO!..

How do you ignore the tank suiciding multiple times? :s
I didn’t see the friendly mercy blue one time. Why make life so hard?
